Here's what I can gather from this, ignoring the ancient releases. Human society and technology advances incredibly fast in this world, leading to advanced computing by the later 1800s. The first company that takes advantage of this new industry is known as OS-Ready, which coined the term OS, or Operating System. It dominates uncompeted in this field until the 1900s, when an upstart company known as Microsoft introduces the innovative Windows series of computers. PowerOS struggles to compete with Windows as it begins spewing out computers every few years. Microsoft and OS-Ready serve as traditional rivals, with perhaps other companies such as Apple trying to chip away at the giants. They constantly try to out-innovate each other, sometimes even directly stealing ideas from the other. These two companies will last an unbearably long time, thanks to the power of product re-releases with new hardware to bolster it, as well as new and innovative software to be used. These two companies duke it out past our millennium, going far beyond 2000. Human civilization spreads across space, and so does Microsoft and OS-Ready. At a point in time, problematic events begin occuring in human interstellar civilization on a large scale, such as the destruction of Earth, resulting in the center of human civilization becoming the distant world of Pluto. The two companies release computers to "commemorate" this event which cost the lives of billions. After many, MANY years, these small events over a long period of time begin to snowball into a catastrophic collapse of human interstellar civilization. History simply regards this event as "The End", as many believed it was the end of humanity. But humanity, just barely, made it. As with the birth of christ, the term "After the End" or ATE was coined to represent the years going forwards. Microsoft would make it through The End, but OS-Ready collapsed, any remaining assets consumed by Microsoft. With their rival gone, Windows held a monopoly, and would for seemingly an eternity. This was an illusion. The framework known as "Windows" had been built upon to such a degree that we would see it as utterly unrecognizable if we in the modern era saw things such as Windows Infinity. But it had began to show it's age, even if it was after an incredibly long time, as to seem like forever. And like with OS-Ready, an upstart company, Centaurosoft, would rise to replace Microsoft. Eventually, the Microsoft name would be subsumed by Centaurosoft, becoming but a humble subsidiary. Windows had made it through an eternity, and it's legacy can be seen throughout human civilization. From Bill Gates' first computers, to the PCs we live with today, and to those computers taken to the stars. It was the Windows brand that would ascend into eternity, it's name forever remembered.

MinderiaOS Version: We live in a timeline, where WNR was coined from the year 1985, by Jhj22's father. Since then, many people (including MinderiaYT's ancestors) made WNR by drawings, or movies. In the year 1975, a ancestor of MinderiaYT, and her friend, made two companies: Deriamuse (develops applications and games) and Gelium (develops hardware). They were best friends since childhood. They started doing coding and experimenting operating systems, until the time, year 1981, they started development on a disk operating system: MindDOS. Version 1.0 (or Cream) was released in 1985, but it only sold around 2000 copies. Version 2.0 (or Dusk) was released 3 years later, in 1988, and it got pretty popular, selling around 60K copies. They also started having and advertising their own anime mascots (similar to OS-tans) of MindDOS in Japan, and it got popular. Version 3.0 (or Silver) was released in 1991, and it got very famous, selling over 2M copies. This was because of the anime and the manga advertising. Version 4.0 (or Dawn) was released in 1993, and it was famous, selling over 3M copies, but it was pretty laggy, but the anime and manga advertising approach was still very famous. The CEO of Deriamuse, thought of a way to advertise the OS to gain more customers, is to make WNR, MindDOS-styled edition. The approach was a flop. Version 5.0 (or Leaves) was released in 1995, selling around 900K copies, but people prefer to use the previous version, or to use Windows, because of the bugs. The anime and manga approach was still popular, by the way. Version 6.0 (or Sky) was released in 1996, but it only got 350K copies, because it was a hated OS. The problems are endless, the bugs, the lags and crashes, the crash screen, and a lot more. The anime and manga approach was the only way that people enjoyed the operating system. Version 7.0 (or Cerulean) was released in 1997, getting more hate than the previous version. More and more people gave up on the operating system and liked Windows or/and MacOS more. The anime and manga approach never changed, anyway. Because the hate/criticism was intense, in January 1998, a person named Kristine Cash, got 1000 people on her side and made a corporation, namely Minderium. A month later, Jake Cooper also got many people on his side and made a corporation, namely Musebrat. Version 8.0 (or Navy) was released in 1998, and the hate or/and criticism was more intense than the previous version. It sparked a war between the MindDOS haters and MindDOS anime weebs, causing a civil war. This lead to the downfall of MindDOS. Version 9.0 (or Indigo) was released in 1999, being the last MindDOS version. Minderium and Musebrat joins in the project, causing the "Derium" term to be coined. The hate or/and criticism still goes on, and the civil war too. Minderium and Musebrat had a project called "Periodical" that started in 1998. This project was made to fix problems of the MindDOS failure, and to improve visuals. This is later called HydroOS. The year 2000 came, and the Y2K bug affected MindDOS. HydroOS 1 (codenamed Hydrogen) was released in Jan 23, 2000. Curtis Muse (later known as MinderiaYT) was born in Feb 11, 2000, and his mom made the first WHwNRV, released in Valentines Day 2000, to celebrate Curtis's birth. However, it was lost in history. The next year, HydroOS 2 (Codenamed Helium) was released, on Feb 27, 2001. There was a HydroOS build and a Derium theme pack that represents Curtis's 1st birthday, which is also made by his parents. A year later, Minderium and Musebrat collaborated with Microsoft and made 2 Derium theme packs, namely "Whistle", and "Experience". In April 3, 2002, HydroOS 3 (Codenamed Lithium) is released. HydroOS 4 (Codenamed Beryllium) was released in May 15, 2003. Minderium and Musebrat made a project called "Server System", which took many years to complete. HydroOS 5 (Codenamed Boron) was released in June 17, 2004, HydroOS 6 (Codenamed Carbon) was released in June 21, 2005, HydroOS 7 (Codenamed Nitrogen) was released in July 9, 2006, HydroOS 8 (Codenamed Oxygen) was released in July 13, 2007, and HydroOS 9 (Codenamed Fluorine) was released in July 25, 2008. In December 5, 2008, The first WNR video on KZread, was released by Jhj22. He called it "Never Released Windows Versions". HydroOS 10 (Codenamed Neon), was released in October 27, 2009, HydroOS 11 (Codenamed Sodium) was released in August 2, 2010, HydroOS 12 (Codenamed Magnesium) was released in August 13, 2011, HydroOS 13 (Codenamed Aluminum) was released in August 20, 2012, HydroOS 14 (Codenamed Silicon) was released in August 25, 2013, and HydroOS 15 (Codenamed Phosphorus) was released in August 31, 2014. In mid to late 2014, A new os codenamed "Grayscale" started development. This later turned out to be MinderiaOS, coined from MinderiaYT, online alias of Curtis Muse, the 2nd CEO of Minderium. HydroOS 16 (Codenamed Sulfur) was released in June 2, 2015, and HydroOS 17 (Codenamed Chlorine) was released in July 11, 2016.
