The swinging physics hasn't changed. The only thing is the default gravity is now a tiny bit higher.

The update is really cool but web pulling to swing is now way harder then it use to be i use to click trigger and i kept going but now i have to hold it and it barely pulls

Well, technically, it was made in Unity, which itself is an entire game engine! This wasn't created in vrchat, but it was created for vrchat!
