I feel like most of the guys commenting don't realize how small the P365 is... Even with all these mods this things is still tiny. Definitely way smaller than a P320 X-Compact which people CCW all the time. Gun looks great dude 👍

Exactly! And it shoots so flat for such a small gun. I shoot it better than my Glock 48MOS which is bigger.

The capacity and caliber and thumb safety issues are my favorite among the stupid issues the best gun is to get is the one you shoot the best the same goes for the caliber you don't need 12 or 15 round for self-defense.

Just got my Herrington comp today. It looks very good in person. Also installed the tactical trigger as well. I was skeptical but the trigger kit is great too

I use a Mccinatech holster with my P365XL with Icarus precision grip module. They offer a lot of options for the P365 pistols. I’ve been using Tactical Development base pads on my P365XL since I bought it, Great products

You should get the gold flat trigger from sig to match your barrel, bad ass build though bro!

I absolutely love this the setup on the 365 that’s what I have been looking for since I got my p365 fcu

The SIG foxtrot1x fits this rail system perfectly and you don't need to buy the special key like the tlr7-sub. You can slide it into 3 dif positions. Giving you more options. I have a holster on order for the tlr7-sub. Let you know if it fits.

Guessing you can’t put a suppressor on this with the ledge, in my mind that makes a removable comp a bit less useful. I’d pick the ledge and comp over a can.

Way to busy for me. But hey to each their own. I have the 365 and a XL both with Lazer light/ Light Combo by Streamlight works very well, the XL has a Romeo X on it as well I have converted over completely to the XL. Optic worked great for me. I actually love the Compensator.

I hate to ask this, but where are the details of your complete package? I looked through the comments and didn't see them. Tonight I put a Griffin barrel and micro comp on an XL that I traded for recently. Looking forward to see how well it works (or doesn't) tomorrow. Handsome piece. Good presentation.

Those holsters are awesome!

You should look into upgrading to the Magguts magazine internals. They add +2 to your magazine without adding any additional length. It is a must have upgrade.

@@overlandedc I have a 14-rd kit for the 365xl 12-rd mag and have had no problems, also Tactical Development has a base plate specifically designed for use with this 14 round spring kit and in my opinion IS A MUST if you make this change. 👍

nice video, i have a question. Like you I want to be able to remove my comp when I want my pistol to be super concealed. I want to make sure I heard you correctly that you didn't lock tight to the barrel. If anyone in the comments that have the answer to this question feel free to answer as well. Again the question is do you need to add lock tight to the barrel in order to function the comp?

So, if you want to opt out of an optic cut on the basic p365 slide in order to put their Romeo sight on it, you can purchase the p365x slide and put it on the p365 lower? If so, doesn’t that mean you’d be spending an extra 300 dollars just for the p365x slide in addition to already buying the full p365 pistol, because I don’t think you can purchase a 365 lower separately. Let me know. 17 and researching for when I turn 21! Thanks

You can actually buy the Sig fcu by itself as well as the 365x slide.

@BitcoinDeo the P365X sells with and without the Romeo 0 installed. The P365X without the Romeo 0 gives you the option of no optic or installing a variety of different optics later. The "lowers" (grip modules) are sold separately so you can interchange the P365, P365X and P365XL grip modules with all of each other's slides. Many changes can happen in our lives in 4 years. I would love to run the pro ledge and tlr-7sub light combo, but I can't find a good holster for me. After running a Tenicor SAGAX LUX and Certum LUX for the past few years, no other holster compares.

@@overlandedc unfortunately, it won't be for me. There is just too much kydex below the light, making it unnecessarily bulky there. If it followed the lines of the tenicor or t rex sidecar 2.0 holsters I'd be all over it.

I am also using the tac dev pro ledge rail with the herrington arms comp. Mckinatec didn't have a drop down option for herrington arms compensator. Will this build on a p365xl fit in the holster?

Have anybody played with the newer Herrington arms comp I think it’s called P2. It had 2 top ports and nothing on the sides.

Hey but you ever have issues with it comped? Like any failure to feed or not ejecting brass properly etc? It being a smaller gun i was worried to comp it so just wanted to make sure i can still shoot it with a comp and not worry about it messing the actuall spring and gun up

So I'm confused, I have a 365, I want to buy a 365xl slide true barrel and a spring. Will that all slide on my existing 365 lower or do I need a different fcu. I like the idea of a longer slide and being able to add a optic easily.

So you could take the regular 365 and put it in the xl grip module and get that same flush looking for correct?

Amazon has very nice holsters for 365 and the XL.

I have the same set up with the same comp on my x slide and true barrel and every time I shoot with the comp on the empty shell gets stuck in the eject port on every shot. Any ideas or suggestions?

Nice looking but the modifications could backfire on you a prosecuting Attorney will use that against you calling it a modified weapon and grill as to why you took it upon yourself to modify the gun were the modifications done by a gunsmith and why did you feel the need to modify the gun, I run stock on my CCW.

And thirdly if it did that's what your attorney is for. Same way if the prosecuting attorney tries to bring in some other stupid irrelevant stuff.

@@overlandedc I wasn’t talking about the compensator specifically. I was speaking about all the little parts. It defeats the purpose of what the gun is designed for but I acknowledged that it’s still fun to add things to a carry build. I imagine it isn’t THAT much flatter man. Difference is probably negligible. It’s smaller, snappier and so with the compensator I’m sure it’s only slightly flatter than the XL.

SIG designs a great small cc gun and then everyone wipes out that design achievement by bolting all kinds of unneeded crap on it..

It's hardly full size, still smaller than a 365xl.

Anyone that needs a compensator and gas pedal on a 365 simply needs to get some good instruction on how to shoot.

While I agree with you that everyone needs good instruction, no matter what training you have it's not going to change the fact that a smaller CCW gun like the 365 inherently has more recoil than a larger framed gun. Comps and gas pedals help to reduce muzzle rise and result in faster follow up shots.

@@overlandedc Yeah, I know exactly what they are for. A good solid grip will do the same. I guess if this is a range gun that you never intend on shooting at night, the comp is fine, and hey....it looks cool and that's the most important thing.

@@overlandedc Hmmm, I guess I've been doing it wrong all these years then. I personally haven't found a 9mm small enough to need something like that, but I guess that's just me. Maybe a .45 micro the size of the P365 might need one...nah, what am I saying? A good grip is simply that, a solid grip, no little side attachments needed if you use good form. But hey, if you need it then use it, it's what it was designed for. People are always trying to find a way to cheat hard work and building good fundamentals.
