My comfort meal is, my mom make a oats soup kind of thing. It has lots of vegetables and cooks the oats with different spices. It's very thick but not very thick 😅. The consistency is similar to creamy soup. It's so good, less fat, and rich in protein 🤍✨️🤌

yup people are right, toothpaste is bad for the skin around your mouth. Everytime I brush my teeth with a strong fluorine based toothpaste, pimples appear!

i saw a tik tok literally like 4 years ago saying to wash your teeth before your face and i never knew if they were credible but it’s not like it’s hard but i have stayed doing that every single day i always brush my teeth first
