Oh wow I can’t believe the care that is taken to make sure each and every bowl of ramen is 110% to their satisfaction! So awesome , I respect these ramen restaurant so much for doing that and the bowls of ramen look magnificent.
Wow, everything looked amazing.
Another reason to hit LA wowzer
Their Tsukemen is the best thing on Sawtelle. I've been going there since they opened. Had many birthday meals there as well.

Tried all these, Shinsengumi is still my favorite, ramen wise!!
My brother got me into ramen decades ago after seeing the movie, Tampopo. We ate at an eatery surprisingly named Tampopo around Torrance. It's interesting to see the evolution of ramen: something dishes are still traditional and other dishes are almost fusion.

Funny tampopo was my friend’s ramen benchmark, just because it’s 1 of the 1st. At least not until shin sen gumi opened their gardena location.

Great job! How do you plan to top this one? We’ll have to stay tuned! 👍😁
Ramen, In Dixon IL, RIGHT!!! 🤣 DELICIOUS looking food! 😋🤤😋🤤😋 Wish I was there! Safe Journey! CHOLULA!!!
Tsujita LA is my all time favorite ramen shop. Tonkotsu is my favorite. Tsukemem was too much work and not enough soup for my preference. Their annex is not as good to me as it seemed like the bean sprouts were the focal point - it was more than a fistful.
Annex is my favorite.
CAN NEVER SAY NO TO NOODLES !!! 🍜🍜🍜=😃
Hi Steve can you please make a video on best Jjampon ?

Sorry don’t want to cause drama but just clarifying; There is a dish called Champon (ちゃんぽん) which is from Nagasaki, and Jjampong (짬뽕) which is from Korea. Both loosely based on Chinese cuisine and use pork in common. Both exist in LA but of course much easier to find Korean Jjampong. Steve, please consider checking out Peking Gourmet in Garden Grove. Extensive menu, great food, and they do *all* of the Korean Chinese variations. My family has been going there for 30 years, and I believe same owners for around that amount of time also.
Who tryna go eat ramen i live in socal needs some pals to enjoy some ramen since my friends don't like it

hahahaha make up your mind how the broth looks.. which is it clear or creamy? lol
You’re destroying all the local food reviewers in SoCal! Good job.
Tsujita Ramen Annex is legitimate "liquid pork chop" as my friend would say Even an avid ramen eat like myself once was enough for me as 1 bowl could probably run a diesel truck LOL
Ramen or raw men or men raw😈
A whole lot of meat in your mouth…💀 Big PAUSE my guy! 😂
dont think u should do reviews with chief bro
I thought it was interesting how in japan slurping is ok and it's not looked at as bad manners 😃
@idi-002
Жыл бұрын
Slurping actually makes it taste better, when you slurp you cool down the noodles and also absorb more broth thus giving it more flavor.
Sawtelle is way better than little tokyo

@@Ehawkjj2 wasn't that like with validation only?? I personally prefer restaurants either with parking lot or with valet, I rarely go to sawtelle because of that even I live in southbay! Haven't been since Kimukatsu closed.

I hate Sawtelle because of the parking situation too. This is LA, where car is king and nobody walks. I do like tsujita!
I went there. Ramen is not that great. The staffs are so disrespectful to customers
