I need to combine my leatherworking skills with my brother’s woodworking skills to make cool projects like this one. Thanks so much for sharing!

Thank you! It’s my pleasure to share😁❤️
Very cool Morley. As wifey's tool collection expands I may have to make her one like this.

Thanks, James! Leatherworking provides a great selection of beautiful tools for which to make cool tool boxes.
Holy crap this is a fantastic build - love all the attention to detail and multiple disciplines you used to make it!

Thanks so much! ❤️ I love multimedia projects 😊
Awesome! I like how you made it so that you can change it if your toolset changes. 👍👍

Thanks dude! Yeah definitely gonna change it up over time
KZread algorithms brought me here from your $550 coffee table video. I was so jealous as I wish I had woodworking skills only to find you do leatherwork as well. I have been at it little over a year with about 3 wallets, 2 purses, a belt and another wallet, belt and 2 purses in the works as well as a new wallet for myself
Beautiful! Love the box and another very well made video!

Heck yeah! And room for more ☺️❤️
Is there anything you can't do? I'm thoroughly impressed! 👏🏽👏🏽❤👌🏽
Loved the pacing of this video. A square/straight box is not the easiest build in two half’s. Great project.

Thanks! ☺️❤️
Looks great and packs in a load of tools neatly 👍 The only thing I would make different is to put the handles on the edges so you can grab both with one hand 🖐️

Thanks Jeff! That was my original idea but when I decided to use the old belt, i just loved how it looked with the handles centred on each side
That's going to be useful!

Yes, and help clean up my workbench!
Very efficient use of plywood. I also like the 3D printed corner guards. Designing and fabricating toolboxes seems to be agonizing trade offs in function and weight or just crude boxes. It looks like you have a clever balance of thought, function, and this is a lot more than a simple box. So what’s the next tool box going to look like?

Thank you so much! Re: the next box, you’ll just have to wait and see 😉
Awesome! I plan on making something like this eventually. What was that circular thing you put in towards the end?

Thank you! It’s a circle cutter, there’s a link in the description!
Amazing as usual, Morley! Could be great for storing/transporting wires and music equipment. Is it heavy? PS: Love the funk vibes too✨

Thanks Daphne! Yes definitely, musician road cases were a big source of inspiration 😊 It’s pretty solid but not crazy heavy!
Looking good, so organized! Nice combination of materials. Did you consider painting the corner pieces to make them shiny?

Thanks, Dave! I did consider it, then I didn’t do it 😂

Thanks, Justin! Just at The Home Depot, but they were hiding in the cabinet hardware section
That's a damn sexy case you got there. Quite innovative!

Thumbs up, great project, but seeing as it’s for leather working tools I feel it should have been covered with leather instead of painted, like an old steamer trunk… the sides could have been carved or stamped or left plain…

That would look awesome! Thanks for watching.
