James O'callaghan because fully charged let's you one hit down someone and it's stays like that for quite for a bit. so instead of having to hit everyone else twice just to knock them down, you can charge and go on a rampage. They have to utilize Michael Myers because if he didn't have that special then there would be no point of playing him.
