I read somewhere that the weird mini-champ tools were designed as pharmacists' tools. The 'coke' spoon was for dispensing drugs, so the name isn't technically far off. The pull slicer was for opening packets. The ruler was for measuring powder in vials. And the other blade is a scalpel. But they didn't market these as so because of its implications to illegal drug use.

Indeed. They had a lot of rebranded tools 👍 From my understanding this is the second generation Mini Champ.

The “spoon” is a great party trick it’s came in handy many times . I also carry my alox mini champ everyday. Great quick review .

Execellent video! I use the midnite manager on my keychain! I love the midnite series. I also use a signature lite in my wallet as well! I was thinking the same thing about the depth gauge when i was making another video.

I had a look then but most euro shops don't deliver to UK anymore, thanks to Brexit.

@@ultimateequipment23 I hadn’t used it in a week or so and thought I’d randomly check the ink level. Pulled it out and realised the screw tip was gone probably on the last use and it could be anywhere. Shame. For the price though I don’t mind buying another with a lesson learned. I’ll be sure to keep an eye on the tip on every use, on the plus side I still have spare parts and re-fills for the next one 👍🏻

I wish they replaced the coke spoon with tweezers similar of the one they have on the leatherman micra. I love the look of alox victorinox but since the tweezers are one of the most useful tools for me I just cannot justify buying an alox sak.

I yes, I know those 👍 Yeah, Victorinox will never listen considering the most famous recent ones ans fan favourites like the Alox rambler , vagabond, yeoman etc were made through Swiss Bianco.
