I like your restore jobs and I always loved Hot Wheels. I remember when they first came in '68 and I got their bigger set for Christmas that year and I wish I had them now! I also like your spook theme with the graveyard stuff so keep that up too and maybe add a different prop at the end of each video I'm a model car builder so it takes place of other hobbies I don't have time for

Paul: It's my car and I don't want deep dish Viewers: But you HAVE to put some on! I mean, you can say that you prefers deep dish wheels - I do -, but in the end, this is Paul's cars, if he doesn't like 'em, he's not obligated to put some on! Those old cars are cool but I wish they had better detailing. I mean, you can see a shadow of a door frame for the doors, but it's really almost not there. That make them look like dragsters cars with fiberglass bodies, like the Chi Town Hustler. All in all, really nice resto. Sad for the axles, but I wonder if it would be possible to make new one with pliers and the right size guitar string.

A fantastic job Paul! Removing the casting marks improves the looks 100%. I firmly believe that the factory would have done it also, if it was possible to keep the price at .68 cents. I think that was the original price? Stay well brother 🙏

After polishing, could the car be sprayed with clear and left polished metal looking? They look sooo good!

I straightened the pillar, a little bit, my friend, but no, I did not clearcoat the base. Sometimes I use Renaissance wax which is available on my Amazon marketplace page. This wax is what they use in the jewelry and museum industry to protect bear metal it works extremely well.
