    Excellent piece there, made all the more interesting because Mick is there grilling Joe with his his almost scientific type mind. Mick really gets to the nub of subjects, and he confesses that this isn't a method he has down himself. Joe has, and Mr Vials asks the questions we all want to ask. Paste fishing has done my head in a lot of times, and I suspect I am not alone? I think this video will help a load of anglers cut down on the paste frustration. 10/10 for me.

    A question for you Joe?on my match venue,you have to have a hook length.how long would you suggest,I'm using 12in. For paste fishing.

    So are you doing these floats soon? definitely makes sense to have a thin brisel as the Preston ones keep pulling out the paste at slightest movement,I've tried shotting down to bottom of body and having no shot usung just paste to shot it down.

    1-1 is a great starting point for a nice smooth result. But I often wet it further but as a guide 1-1 is a great start

    Use of hemp ir softened micros yes, but The Fin uses hard 4mm. With same results.

    I use a guru pellet Waggler but also use a b911 x-strong. You just want a big strong pattern 👍🏻

    Fishery rules dictate but I prefer a size 10 if allowed and usually it is a Guru Pellet waggler

    Hi , That is what fixes the body to the stem/bristle , the line goes through the body on the JC paste range
