    So nice that you miss me 😇 Postproduction of my latest video got delayed. Had to stay in bed sick last weekend but now it's out 🍾 Sorry to say but i won't make it to shoot Grießnockerlsuppe this winter season. Preparation for things that i don't cook regularly takes me some time as I like to test-cook and experiment in preparation so that i know I'm presenting real great stuff.

    I'm not too much into the bitter stuff so I usually drink Bavarian "Helles" and i prefer breweries that are no subsidiaries of the international brewery corporations. In Munich the one well known is Augustiner. But there is lots of smaller bavarian breweries that make really good Helles. Sometimes for a Weißwurst-Breakfast i drink a Weißbier. For that I usually choose Paulaner (although thats owned bei Heineken)
