ACTUAL TIPS!!! - Vaseline under your eyes to lock in moisture. - If you don't have a cleanser to wash ur face, simply just wash it with plain water. - At least 8-9 hrs of sleep. - Confidence. Fake it til u make it. Change your mindset. If your mindset is saying "omg i look so ugly: (" your not. If u change ur mindset you will glow up snd be happier. Just give it a try girlie. - If you want to slim your face, do face yoga or exercise. - Drink as much water as u can it makes your skin GLOW - Listen to music that makes u feel confident and powerful. i promise. - If somebody calls you ugly, babes. They either wanna make u feel bad or wanna look like you. Simply ignore and say in your head "they just wanna look like me, i'm not ugly" - Trim your hair and get a cute hairstyle. (i recommend curtain bangs and layers they look gorgeous) - I don't recommend wearing a lot of makeup. It clogs your pores and thats bad. - If you wanna be like someone, find out what their style and what they like. -Find your style!! Personally, i love y2k and sanrio stuff. - Wear clothes that your comfortable wearing - trv to limit vour screen time to 2 hours. i know its hard but there are a million other things to do other than being on electronics all day. it helps you sleep better, reduces dark circles and much more. plus its WAY better for ur health. YOU ARE GORGEOUS AND YOU KNOW THAT. YOU KNOW THAT GIRL. STOP SAYING YOUR UGLY. YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT DO NOT LET PEOPLE TELL YOU OTHERWISE. LOVE YOU AND I HOPE U HAVE A MASSIVE GLOW UP!

Of course, washing your face with plain water is better than not washing it at all, but this isn't enough to properly cleanse the skin and get rid of already existing problems with it. After all, you can’t wash, for example, a frying pan full of oil with just water. Just as you can’t clean that pan from stuck parts of food just without using a sponge and detergent (that's why skincare thats not just clensing foam but a complex is actually irreplaceble)

a skincare tip that I find helpful is that if you have a pimple, try taking a bit of raw or manuka honey and put it on the pimple and then cover it with a bandaid! honey has antioxidants in it so if you leave it on overnight your pimple will be reduced or even sometimes completely gone! This might not work for everyone tho so even tho honey isn’t harsh on the skin make sure it’s something your skin can handle

Here's a tip: For the body part, alot of people don't have gym memberships so they go on KZread to find workout videos. A channel I recommend is Robertas Gym. They make morning workout videos, evening, night, calorie burning, no jumping, apartment friendly, and more. They basically have almost all workout topics. And they work quickly. I personally don't use or like scales, so I just see how I'm doing with how my clothes fit, and my shirts got a bit looser in 2 days. I noticed some change in my stomach, legs and a little bit on my face

Thank you for your comment! Acne and pimples can be frustrating, and I'd be happy to create a video on this topic. In the meantime, some tips include keeping your skin clean, using non-comedogenic products, avoiding picking at your skin, trying over-the-counter acne treatments, and considering seeing a dermatologist if your acne is severe. I hope these tips are helpful, and let me know if you have any other questions!

I’m also improving my screen time! Nice video btw! Keep it up :))

Thank you for your kind comment! 😊It's great that you're aware of the importance of a healthy mindset and taking steps towards self-improvement. Remember that at your age, it's important to focus on overall well-being rather than striving for specific body shapes or sizes. Keep up the positive habits of doing Pilates, stretching, monitoring your diet, and managing screen time in a balanced way. Take care of yourself and continue to prioritize your health and happiness.

To improve your sleep, try to stick to a sleep schedule, create a relaxing bedtime routine, avoid stimulants before bedtime, make your bedroom conducive to sleep, and limit screen time before bed. These tips can help you get the restful sleep you need. Let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

My skin is oily can I use cosrx toner from AHA/BHA instead these toners? 5:37

Of course! The COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner is a good choice for oily skin because it contains ingredients like AHAs and BHAs that can help control oil production and prevent breakouts.

Just remember that god made you in his eyes, you are perfect. You don't have to sexualize or change yourself just because the world thinks you're not "perfect". Just be yourself, you don't have to change for the word.

Esthetician here. Love the video however I would not recommend using tea tree oil or witch hazel toners for oily or combo skin. Witch hazel is too drying of an astringent, and tea tree oil toners like that contain the tea tree essential oil, which can be very drying and irritating to the lipid barrier. The skin overcompensates for lack of moisture and creates more oil thus creating combo or oily skin. Focus on balancing the oil production with hydrating ingredients and humectants like hyaluronic acid. For toning, I would use exfoliating toners with Salicylic acid or glycolic acid. The Paula’s choice example was good. And then use lightweight but effective moisturizers. Ex: the ordinary natural moisturizing factors with HA. And my holy grail for any skin type is the cosrx snail mucin essence.
