Good to see that you are doing some good work promoting Haiti, Brother Love. This a beautiful house with few minuses. My constructive comments are for the rental agency and Spencer. First of, Spencer needs to drop these throwing hands to left and right and this swinging of his body as if he is in the hoods. Spencer dude, you are not a hoodlum so you need to carry yourself more professionally cause you are selling these high end houses you need to look the part. Stop acting as if you are an African-American or a diaspora....STOP......Second, it is obvious the house was not staged to be shown cause the whole house looks messy and I don't know what kind of smoke detector releases water but the house does not look like there are sprinklers around so Spencer does not know what he is talking about. His presentation is awful and again the house looks messy and there is NO GARAGE in the house something I've noticed that Haitians tend not to build parking spaces/garage for their cars when they build their houses. What with the motorcycle in the living room? This is truly a beautiful house with an exceptional view of PAP and a beautiful yard that needs much improvements and a well designed garden. Get the right interior decorator to remodel and to refurbish this house and it will be sold at first sight.

Numbers 6 King James Version 22 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, 24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: 25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: 26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them. Shalom/Peace Israelite family and much blessings

Real pretty though, I was Hopi g more on legal details. Plus there is the trend of small house on big land, especially for young singles and couples. I know Haiti wants to develop but for that more interest in middle class projects not just big money. Though I've bought my house in US, I don't think I can't afford to buy in Haiti just yet. Also would like to know what are you guys up to in bringing in knowledge and talent. I follow a few channels about Haiti so always interested in what's going on.
