@@rawbhd4477 Yes, knees or kicks to the head of s grounded opponent are illegal. This used to be both knees, but most states are 2 feet and 1 hand to make 3 posts. If you are have posts down, you are grounded. And to answer another individuals idea about why more fighters don't use them, is because if a kick even glances off the shoulder coming in an upward direction, there's a high chance it's going to slide into the head. If the grounded guy moves even a little, you could clip his head, lose half your money, and take an L on your record including losing whatever Rank you might have. Knees to the body are safer, because you control the head and hips with both arms. Soccer kicks are super reckless

Dana has been standing in as a body-double for Shrek this season.

I love watching the ego's go down in the end, Rousey, Connor, Joanna etc... they talked the loudest but only for a little while, always someone better.

Nobody is beating a healthy Tati. If she comes back from these neck and knee injuries and wins the belt, it will be the best comeback in MMA/combat sports history. Nothing has come easy for her, nothing.
