Best way to use any Gobbler is in WvW lobby. If there's a que in the eternal BG, hop to Obsidian Sanctum and use your gobblers. This way you will prevent getting useless buffs and stacking MORE hours for the useful ones. Efficient way to for your gold.

@@phandrel Aye. Kinda important detail that if you fail to understand is gonna spread out evenly your buffs (in any map/open world zone - PvE content) along with the crap ones and less time for the good ones.

@@ArmanGT Aham. Only the good ones. Aka XP Gain (also on kills), Karma Gain 50%, 50% WvW Track reward, and the most valuable one 50% Luck + 33% gathering strike. ONLY these buffs. But lets say you use the gobbler outside of WvW, you will also get Damage boost (pointless), regeneration (pointless also), damage reduction (pointless as well). These open world buffs will disappear as soon as you enter any group content, and not only that. When you use the gobbler in open world all these buffs (the timer of the buffs) will spread out evenly. So lets say you use 1000 Zhaitaffi with the gobbler in open world. You will get like on each buff 1hr, 30min, 20min, 1hr, etc BUT if you go in the WvW lobby and because you cannot boost your damage, nor regeneration (will exclude those buffs in any PvP content or WvW) it will generate MORE time of the good buffs that I mention in my first paragraph. So you will got like XP gain 5-6hrs, karma 2hrs, 50% track reward 4hrs and so on (depends how many you use) you won't get 4hr buff with 500 only.

Worth noting, some meta events the mobs don't award XP, like Kaineng Blackout.

True! It's indeed not a given that the booster will pay off for every meta.

I never even considered getting another gobbler after the candy corn one, because in my infinite foolishness I never even looked up if they're different. Looks like I'll be picking up a zhaitaffy gobbler then, because I play a decent amount of wvw and that reward track progress boost is absolutely massive when it comes to making gold.

I believe the snowflake gobbler is cheaper throughout the year, but I guess you don't wanna wait for the winter to come 😄

great info already have the candy corn gobbler so was gonna skip the other 2 but I didn't realize the other 2 stacks with candy corn (tho not with eachother). I got a lot of extra gems lately, def getting zhaitaffy gobler!

I got the zhaitaffy one just for the visual in this video, but originally bought the snowflake gobbler a couple of months ago to stack buffs as well.

FYI, the zaitaffy one is not available every year, it was not last year, and i was pissed about it, but i bought the candycorn one and never looked back lol

Last year the Candy Corn one was "bugged" on the store, as it wouldn't show up if you were looking for it. You had to scroll through the right catagory. Not sure if the same happened to the Zhaitaffy one, but they seem to have it fixed now. (I also checked for Zhaitaffy last year, and couldn't find it. But then was made aware during Halloween of the inconsistency in displaying the candy corn one)

@phandrel I know about that bug, but it was not that, I asked everyday in guild and map chat if it's in market, and everyone did not see it

was considering if I might take the zhaitafi one too even though I have the snowflake gobbler, might still be worth it if I stack a lot of zhaitaffy from the festival.

There's quite a few cases I could foresee where owning both is very worthwhile. Like swapping to snowflake during the festival and as long as your snowflake supply lasts, but then throughout the year utilizing the zhaitaffy one (minus during dragon bash, of course).

I use Candy Corn Gobbler on my PvE character. Snowflake on my PvP/WvW character. Never thought of stacking. Might do that during the next massive mob festival, the Halloween.

I definitely recommend stacking them for WvW as well. That reward track gain from the candy corn one is massive. The Lab seems like a great one for both in PvE, indeed.

globber is best item for wvw reward track boost and save more time.

Agreed! Cutting down the reward track completion is half is incredible value.

So snowglobe and zhaitaffy do not stack?

Indeed. You can stack Candy Corn + Snowglobe or Candy Corn + Zhaitaffy.

but is there any point in having 1 or 2 or 3 of them? nobody answers this!

As mentioned in the video, if you only get one, go for the Candy Corn one, which is superior in my opinion. The Zhaitaffy or Snowflake ones aren't necessary per say, they're just a further increase to efficiency and do pay off imho. The only use case for all 3 is to use the snowflake or zhaitaffy (as they don't stack) depending on which one is cheapest during that period of the year.

Haha, I feel you. Before unlocking all the gobblers and gizmos, I had them all in shared slots. But now that I have most/all, I had to put them in my bank, where its getting crowded as well.

just bought zhaitaffy because of this vid!! was waiting for candy corn one but now i know they stack and 320 gems is a fair price i would say

Awesome! To me they're very much worth it as well! Although, now I have both the Snowflake and Zhaitaffy one, because I wanted the visual for the video :P
