Worst is Apex legends and best is asseta corsa

Beamng has a very steep learning curve, but when you do get it, it’s super satisfying. I think a lot of it is getting a luck tune, etc before it clicks, but once you understand and put yourself into the beam drifting community it is much easier to learn. (900 degrees no assist, g29)

I agree! I dont use any car mods just making different configurations. The best one is the gavril grand marshal (crown victoria) v8 sport with steering angle and 5 speed manual. Just the best car ever try it! Unfortunately if you put turbo in any car it starts to oversteer sooo much... DFGT steering wheel

@@tunizieca9373 countering turbo lag will come with practice and finesse. Fine throttle control or very fast hand movements to counter steer your car will help deal with it. If you are looking for alternative sources of power than a turbo, try adding a small shot of nos. It adds a lot of low end torque which will help your car break traction easier without sending it out of control

Drifting in BeamNG took me months but now I'm really smooth and can drift on it cleanly. After 1 year I've become average.

when beamng was placed under the clown for speed i felt imense sadness but i agree 100% with the ac placement. Leauge of its own

Thank you so much for making content so much for everyone! You were the one that suddenly popped up in my reccomendations when i was just racing in Forza Horizon 4, and you were drifting. I was like "damn this is easy, I wanna do this too" but it was hard at first. Now I've been drifting for 2+ years and you were the one who brought me in to drifting. Actually for BeamNG I drifted very good with keyboard… But I agree with u, it takes a long time until u realise what u need to do to drift

for beamng i learned how to drift pretty well and its satisfying when you get it (i drift with a steering wheel, 900 degrees, no assist)

Lfs is the start of Sim Drifting, and still after almost 20 years still has a active community. And one of the best steering wheel physics. And the tire temp and wear physics are insane. You can even toast your clutch.

I play Torque Drift on Keyboard and I think it's a decent game for drifting,but I agree with the steering wheel support opinion

Hashiriya is actually a decent game, yeah it’s a mobile game but it takes a little time to get used to. Plus there’s a ton of small drift teams there like in fr legends too

I dont know if I just practiced too much in Assetto Corsa or if Beam NG changed the physics but I got quite good in Beam NG drifting. (I turned oversteer assistant off). But I think they changed physics slightly and its a bit easier now.

For drifting, i actually learned how to drift in a steering wheel (G27 btw) in Live for Speed. This game has so much history, it's just nuts. Even being that old, it's still amazing.

@@mohdfardeen1866 it is easy on steering wheel, the guy is known to be a joke in the sim drifting community. He doesn't even adjust his setups to make it easier, it's like the meme of the guy putting a branch in his bike wheel and blames the game for it.

For tc2, it's only grippy for non drift cars. There different classes so if you don't use drift class it will be grippy. If you get a drift class car, and set it properly, it's super slippery.

3:29 they have updated the physics and handling model and graphics PLEASE DRIFT ON THIS GAME ITS GOOD NOW!!!! They have new drift events

The thing about Forza Motorsport and Horizon drift builds is that most of them are made with Controllers in mind, which means the cars are VERY snappy... most of the times they are too snappy to play with wheel since you can't countersteer max to one direction in an instant as you can with a joystick on an xbox controller.

900 degrees no assist, drift fine. I think it’s just that the tyre model still needs some work (the game being in 0.25 and still expected to take years and years for a full release) and takes some getting used to to drift well in, especially after coming from playing another game for multiple years. Personally disagree with you but opinions are opinions.

Driver San Francisco is top notch for drift chases & the physics is different for each vehicle and you can jump into any vehicle ... yes you can drift Fire Trucks Police cars etc etc.

Goosiest why beam NG is lower than Forza motorsport 7, you wouldnt able to drift properly in any of theese, but beam is much more realistic, has mods that can make it look even better, wheel support is better... I just dont understand why FM7 is so high while being very bad drift game on a wheel.

Goose i agree with the rating mostly, like i would put gran turismo 1 higher, and also the crew 2,1 more aswell because the drifting is not as grippy as the crew 2, and also u can adjust the grip i think but overrall, nice vid and good rating, keep it up goosee, stay sideways

I tend to cruise around in the Crew 2 alot and do a fair bit of drifting and with a wheel and stuff it doesn't feel very grippy at all. Certainly more grippy than Carx and FH but I kinda like it idk. But tier lists are subjective so this was a really great video to see cause now I know what to watch to see you shit on a bad drifting game lol

You forgot about rFactor 1 , it was the only competitor to LFS back then "as drift games", it was like an Assetto Corsa, great cars and tracks and the physics was awesome on wheels

The best thing about carx is that its just plug and play. No mods, not much you need to configure it just works. But it could need some more maps or a map/track editor (i know there are modded maps, but the quality of them is mostly hit or miss)

You were right about the whole exhilarating part of Forza horizon. You can tell just by the feel that it doesn't fit a steering wheel too well. But I've never had a more exhilarating experience from a racing game than drifting from start to finish in the 79 muscle charger. Horizon 4

The drift games in Grid Legends are satisfying when you get with the flow, punishing when you don't. The physics is Wreckfest are great, hard to get full sideways but often cornering with full counter-steer. I should submit a clip of Wreckfest drifting.

LFS is an absolute banger of a drift game. You can modify the sound of the cars BOV and they support mods
