I remember when the trombonists were tryin to read a note and one pointed at the note and said “what is that note” and the other one said “3”. It wasn’t the like or space or slide position either. My band teacher had a stroke after that 😭 Also she called a trombone trumpet that sent a spear through my soul 💀

My heart was shattered when she called the trombone and trumpet. My heart is hurting very badly.

As a former band kid٫ when she called it a trumpet I felt physical and mental pain 😭.

It could be executive dysfunction and/or decision paralysis. And those are names of symptoms that are experienced with many different things like adhd, anxiety, and depression.
