Cool, that the ECU still works on these "old" bikes.

@@Powerbrickperformance Ya, i'm rebuilding a R1100RS with much of the parts of a R1150RS (gearbox, swing arm, wheels, brakes, front fork) and a telelever "wishbone" of R1150 rockster, a final drive of a R1150GS. to have more acceleration.
i love your work !! very nice

Can I change the front crankshaft seal through the ignition Timing plate?
Hey, Mister, do you need a quick shift sensor?
don't you have to cure the paint by heating the surface after painting? or was this not an issue with your paint choice. Great video by the way!

Yes we cure the paint using heat prior to assembling the engine. This only applies to the cylinders and engine head. the rest is powder coated and does not require curing.
What silicone are you using as sealant?

We use Loctite 510 flange sealer!
Did you rebuild the rotating assembly?

Before we start the painting process, our engines are overhauled professionally to restore cylinder walls, replace piston rings and bearings, surface the head and restore valve seals. This is outsourced and once the engine comes back, we install cams, timing chain and followers. I am planning to do a video on this later!
Can’t stand the music. Repetitive aggressive sounds. To loud too
