It's also worth adding that at higher levels of Handler, the dog also applies bleed when he attacks.

Pro Tip, Bleed isn't acutally elemental damage and you can't bleed the test dummies anyway, the mod gen you were seeing shooting merciless is just the natural mod gen of the weapon. Stone Of Malev is insane, but only triggers on Corrosive, Fire, and Shock damage FYI (i.e., use with Enigma!)

To piggyback on this, use with Nebula instead. The nanomachine mod on that bad boy does all the work for you. Pop it and you can just swap back to Merciless and watch your mods continue going up. Furthermore, if you use this with Energized Neck Coil you'll get some nice bleed explosions for even better area clear. For bosses you can swap back to Ravager's Mark. Really easy setup that's good for both bosses and area clearing.

Ravager's mark IS good, but imo the energized neck coil that boosts status 35% and makes an explosion is underrated. When you combine that with the timekeeper's jewel (x2 status effect duration), it slaps. The way it works is, Say you have 600 bleed dmg over 10s, double the duration and it now does 1200dmg over 20s. The amulet causes a separate physical dmg explosion for 20% of the TOTAL dmg of the duration. So for that bleed status effect you get an instant 240dmg 5 meter aoe. Here's the thing though, that explosion happens per application, per element. If you put twisting wounds on a decent crit rate weapon with acid mod, you can proc that explosion twice. Have a secondary electric or fire effect and you can proc it a third time. Btw, by application I mean full duration. Sadly you can't just keep stacking the effect back up lol.

At +10 mutator you'll apply twice as much bleed since the mutator applies bleeds as well with crit or weak spots.

Yea, I've been using build since day one. First mutator I had that was good was twisted wounds. But I use Hunter and Gunslinger with it. Literally melts enemies with the Amulate he has.

Change Ravager's mark to Abrasive Whetstone. You will get more damage that way as it gives you Crit chance and Crit Damage on bleeding targets. Stacks well with the Probability Cord.

I think the Assassin's Dagger has good synergy with this build for melee damage. Special: Bloodthirst: Damage increases by +25% against BLEEDING enemies, and +25% when attacking from behind. Charge Attacks deal 200 BLEEDING damage over 10s. I've paired this with Vampire Blade +10, increases melee damage by 25% when with 10m of a bleeding enemy, at level 10, melee hits vs bleeding targets will lifesteal 3% of base damage dealt. You can get Nimue to craft it if you get a certain outcome from The Council Members questline. As others have mentioned the Abrasive Whetstone is an alternate option for the amulet. Been enjoying these videos TV, keep up the good work!

Love all remnant content! Please keep it up if you are enjoying the game! Was bummed out by all the Destiny stuff, but this game has been a godsend.

@@schnerpify true, but you can trade for a lmg(chicago or the medic gun), put corrosive mod and twisting wounds and do a lot more damage...the build its the same, with the ring who generates mod after elemental damage, and after that just crit chance and crit damage... dont forget corrosion aplies crit chance too... try it out, you will see the dps its just crazy

Sooo yeah, I saw other's point this out but I will restate it, bleed is not an elemental damage so Stone of Malevolence isn't doing anything for you there, that mod power generation is all just Merciless and it's crazy. 2nd, Timekeeper's Jewel is bait. It doubles the duration of your bleed but it does nothing to the damage per tick. On face that seems great, it's double the bleed damage on a proc right? Well the problem is that, especially once you get twisting rounds to 10, you apply that bleed every 2 or 3 rounds and they don't stack, they just refresh the bleed. So the bleed never falls off anyway, it never even gets CLOSE to running out that 10 seconds unless the boss actually leaves the arena for a phase, and when that happens it usually stops taking the damage from status effects anyway. So unless you get to the point were your bleed is ticking past that initial 10 seconds, that ring does literally nothing. 3rd, You need to get your hands on Abrasive Whetstone, it's a far better amulet for this then the Ravagers. It gives you 15% increased crit chance and 30% increased crit damage against bleeding targets. Finally, Zania's Malice, 30% increased weakspot damage, just really really good ring for damage all around.

Pretty cool that you're making a build vid on Bleed. I think it actually has the highest dps potential out of all the statuses. But regarding bleed, I personally prefer Abrasive Whetstone as my amulet of choice over Ravager's Mark. Try it give it a shot if you haven't.

As a note, don't start fights with the mod, shoot first to bleed the enemy for the bonus damage.

Gotta say, it’s very refreshing having a destiny content creator do some remnant content. Keep it up man❤

Few things: 1 the Alt fire for mErciless is very easy to charge the Malevolence ring is actually doing nothing to help it as it only works with ele dmg. Swap it out for literally anything else. Also you want to run Energizing Neck coil if ur running Timekeepers, just because it synergizes so well.

Timekeeper's Jewel doubles bleed duration, which means double potential bleed damage. Energized Neck Coil increases bleed damage by another 25% and causes an immediate explosion around the target for 20% of the total potential bleed damage. Great for clearing adds.

An alternate mutation to use is Bandit. The bleed ticks count as hits and will reload your clip as you're firing, or even just running around while the enemies bleed. This will free up twisted wounds for your sidearm 🤠

Throw in a nebular or star shot as a secondary and have multiple Status effects at once. I forget the name of the ring but it causes shock to enemies when you dodge. I've had bosses bleeding burning and shocked all at once 😂

I've done some testing and I find that Abrasive Whetstone does a lot more damage than Ravager's when crit stacking

Been using this for the past week albeit different rings. Twisting wounds shredds mobs so ezzz.

Finding these items has been. PITA... especially the Blood Tinged Ring.

Bleed isn't an element. I don't know why people think that. It's a status ailment.

I noticed in your screen shots that the 'Twisting Wounds' gives 2 different level 10 descriptions. On the screen that shows the 'Merciless', the level 10 description for 'Twisting Wound' says "dealing 1.500 Bleed", but when you show the 'Twisting Wound' lined up with the other mutaors, it says "dealing 200 bleed". Or am I missing something?

Pretty sure stone of malevolence is buged right now and is acually generating mod power for everything including status effects not just elemental effects and will probably be fixed soon

assault rifle with twisting wounds and corrosive rounds then replace the Ravagers Mark with the Abrasive Whetstone and you have a much better build.

By the way that four-horn helmet is epic.

You wouldnt need the last ring, wouldnt bleed keep refreshing on proc?

Would add assassin's dagger as well for bleed on heavy attacks.

I use the plasma beam for bleed damage with the +10 twisting wounds mutator

U can use any weapon with Twisting wounds level 10 Level 10 it will apply bleed automatically if u hit weakspot or crit

I tried a few bleed builds but I just can't like merciless. Maybe it's the fact that the flechettes are kinda slow and it takes a long time to reload. I've been using a pretty funny one that uses shock and overload damage you should try it shreds bosses and ads easily. Class: Archon with Havoc form Amulet: Shock Device Rings: Grounding stone, stone of malevolence, Alumni Ring and the last ring you can use whatever, if your second class has a lot of survivability you can use something that increases damage or the ring that gives mod energy every second. Otherwise Low Yield recovery ring or encrypted ring are good options. Weapons: Bonesaw with Overflow and feedback, Krell Axe with reinvigorate and Enigma (duh) with Harmonizer. Relic: Void Heart with mod duration, mod damage and elemental damage fragments. Haven't played on nightmare or apocalypse, this is a good build for players that still getting stuff to create more complex builds since the stuff for this build is actually super easy to find. On Veteran you can solo bosses with Havoc form alone it deals a stupid ton of damage. With this build you basically never need to shoot bonesaw without the mod, Enigma will get the mod charges very fast and they deal a ton of damage which means you also never need to reload bonesaw, you just activate the mod at the start of every engagement and if you don't have enough energy just shoot enigma a bit and you'll get it fast. Also the cool thing about bonesaw is that you can just spray all enemies in sight and the overload explosion will most likely kill them instantly and you don't even need to bother about range, just a couple of bullets from bonesaw will apply shock to them. For elites just shoot a few charges from Enigma's mod on them and then mow them down with bonesaw the first overload explosion will stagger them and they will be shredded before they even approach you

Agreed I think merciless is trash I tried using it but the bolt action sniper hitting weak spots with hunter class is just too op

There’s also a ring that applies 20% extra damage to targets that are effected by elemental damage. I would swap that out for the crit damage ring.

Why not the whetstone charm?

Was using that build early game, it's nice but you should put twisted on the pulse rifle (both maxed if possible but if not just twisted) paired with corrosive rounds for the additional debuff. Pop the mod shoot the enemy they now are bleeding and corrosive with ravager you'll 2 burst most elites and most times only need 3 mags to kill a boss.

New door glitch method for those who miss using emotes. Place engineer turret facing door, go between door and turret and pick it up. If done right you will go through the door.

hey TV! just wanted to say that Bleed doesnt count as a elemental stat. It only counts as status effect! but good build though!

Anybody else notice some rings (or alot) are disappearing in your inventory? There are some good rings I found but was trying to use then later, only to then dissappear. I was really disappointed and the timekeeper ring disappeared for me and when trying to get it again, I just got scrap. Anybody else having this issue?

Are you sure they are missing? You can scroll down where all the rings are shown. They are in alphabetical order, so it looks like Timekeepers disappears.

So when your mutator reaches lv 10 you can get 2 stacks of bleed on the enemy! And I you use something like the Assasin dagger you can get x3 stacks. I discovered this while doing a tank build to get the red 👑 from the prince.

Try swapping the Energizing Neck Coil for the Ravager Mark. Similar buff amount plus AOE explosions.

Swap that ring with the one that makes charges meme dies bleed. Use lightning axe throw for distance, 2x bleed, and over flow debuff. I melt bosses in less than 3mins

Stone of malevolence isn't increasing ur mod power generation, it's just a low coast mod 450 if I remember correctly, so unless you are activating the mod on nebula Avery time it's availible to send out the seeking crosive round stone is a wasted slot if you aren't using the nebula mod as much as possible you should switch to faerins sigil, same thins as stone but generates on weak spot and crits

On apocalypse with a build like that you're going to run out of ammo before the boss losses 1/3 of his hp. I know you're not playing on apocalypse, but I think it's worth mentioning since you're calling this "The Ultimate BLEED Build".

Build is fun on Survivor or Veteran for sure. If you’re looking for some pretty solid Apocalypse builds though I’d recommend Phemeto or Bolt Jamison.

Says its a build, puts together the most basic stuff with a ring that does nothing for the build. Fun. If you want to use blood tinged ring then burden of the destroyer wouldn't be a bad pick. Ravagers mark is good yes, so is abrasive whetstone, and if your goal is to spread the bleed to everyone, then for roaming energized coil wouldn't be a bad pick. Or if you really want to focus on crits and boss builds then faerins sigil is a good choice for that mod charge. It's great to see other creators take a break from the shitshow that is destiny to bring content for newer games, whats not cool is to see said creators recommend things that don't work together or don't work as well as they claim to players that don't know better.

Bleed doesn't count as elemental damage, rather status effect like root rot. So ring of malevolence isn't doing anything for you here.

No apocalypse show off, not caring.

I understand, but just know that according to Gunfire only less than 4% of players are actively playing Apocalypse mode. So for me it's much smarter to make content for the majority of the playerbase, not the vast minority. And honestly if you're good enough to handle Apocalypse then you probably don't need advice from random KZreadrs on how to play.

Sword is the Atom Splitter, appears randomly in any N'erud dungeon, but been hearing it only appears in the campaign. You'll be looking for those rotating pillars and arm mechanisms at the end of a broken off bridge/path. When the arms pull out one of those pieces, jump on it (if it's too far down, you will die, so wait for one that's relatively close to you,) turn around, jump onto a nearby ledge that leads to a secret path, and there you'll find the sword.

You'll kill faster with hunter/gunslinger with your same build. With the right set up a boss should be dead in 20-30sec

This is good for survival. But not for nightmare and apoc.

This build is so far from optimized it's laughable. It's also only showcased on Veteran, aka normal, difficulty, where literally anything is viable.

more like MID bleed build since bleed isnt elemental damage. better of using faerins sigil

It's a decent bleed build, but I have seen way better. Also, that build will not help you at all on apocalypse setting.

Why are u testing bleed on dummys? It doesnt work also take out elemental damage ring cuz it doesnt work with thia build also why are u body shoting enemies for less damage... U should aim for the weakspot way more dps.. This weapon is abit weak bleed works best on blackmaw and shotgun imo
