I think the anubias adds a great level of naturalism to the tank You did an amazing job making the rocks look like they naturally fell apart that way and the way youve tucked in that anubias amongst the stones really makes me think "those anubias found those little crevices and just grew" All in all i think it was a great choice aesthetically and giving the fry some extra shelter and potential food is an added bonus

Joey: "Search up your favorite fish or favorite place with keywords like underwater or in the wild." >Mudskippers in the wild. Not even Oscars have the personality of Mudskippers. >Japanse freshwater lake fish. Just to name some interesting ones; Kirikuchi Char, endemic to the Kii peninsula of Honshu, beautiful stipes and colors. Bachschmerlen-Wels(Liobagrus reinii), a unique kind of Catfish endemic to South Japan. Nekogigi, endemic to the Mie prefecture of Honshu provence. Red-spotted Mosu Salmon, not a huge salmon but still absolutely stunning in appearance. Giant lake Biwa Catfish, endemic to Lake Biwa in Shiga west Honshu, can grow over 3ft(1m) and over 35lbs(17kg). Stringfish, found in Tohoku and Hokkaido provinces as well as coastal east Russia including Sakhalin and Kuril islands, a critically endangered species of salmon.

Another super cool African cichlid tank there cheers Joey, and cant waitttttt to see the results , rock works looks awesome there, and how many more tanks can you house in your fish room ;D wWOw incrediblely nice video after video, your energy is addictive dupe there, and adding those beauty frontosa will be the ultimate tank, and also add in more plants to make it look even more awesome like plants in flowing waters on the riverbed or near riverbanks to the edge right before going off the edge, so that there is a drop in the tank, for one it gives the frontosa, future to be giant fishes more space to swim as well, these guys will need them for sure. and hope they will breed in there as well too, cheers and btw anyone there aquarium friends here have frontosa as well, i would love to see it too cheers to Joey and all friend

I would take out most of the plants and add more really bog rocks. Frontosa life in water so deep plants barely can life there. So by adding the plants you actually make it less natural for the Frontosa.

Thanks for the underwater search tip. I think this tank is a fine example of lake tanganyikan shore shelf example. Round rocks found more toward the middle from what I seen. I think the Anubias is great. Don’t know much more than what if picked up from KZread about cichlids. I think it looks great the way it was with the current of it drifting off the shores and falling into the sand.
