it's Manglish! (Malaysian English). we always use "lah" at the end of the sentence to emphasis on one thing Another thing is the grammar is usually incomprehensible, but we don't mind as long as people understand it and the messages get across haha

in Malaysia, we called it manglish, malay + english hahaha

Singlish and Manglish is just a same things, but for a better english goes to Singlish cause they fluently in English and Manglish is a bit rojak sometimes we translate directly the Malay words to English hahaha like "small2 not die, old2 trouble people" hahaha

And Singlish sounded much more like people live in English speaking countries too long, with that sort of American accent plus the Mandarin/Hokkien/Teochew/Cantonese accent a little bit, and sounded much 'flatter' way, even 'flatter' than Manglish, not much 'r' sound or 'ch' sound
