suga. r his tone of voice and choice of words. Probably something only Koreans and non-Koreans fluent in both language and culture understand. I remember at the time this happened, people couldn’t believe his attitude and manner in which he spoke to her. Not because she older in the whole senior system that foreigners seem to hate about Korean without understanding the culture, but just in general. He’s got such a good image with foreigners because they’ve mostly seen him only on Superman, and his kids dilute anything negative about him. But that’s a small percentage of a career that spans far back before kpop and other such aspects became a trend. He’s got a history and image that dates back to when all the millenials were just babies and toddlers, so don’t act like you guys know him best.

K Ea K Ea true, we/I don’t speak korean but I did come from a culture where we even respect the smallest animal on earth (you were talking abt culture so let me talk about mine). My point was, you were trying to interpret him talking to lee young ja as him being disrespectful, but we (some) only saw it as him being playful. And you’re right, we only know A PART of him from watching him at ROS but if what you’re saying is true (that he’s not a good person) then why would they keep him for fking long years w that “nasty” attitude of his. If he was really that bad, then they would have dropped him in the beginning or didn’t even cast him bc it might affect the show. Also, we never said we knew him SO well. I was just stating my opinion about the matter (like everybody else in this comment section). Ideky I’m even arguing about this but I just didn’t like your tone and choice of words.

I heard about people complaining about Hwijae and the twins, but seriously look at Hwijae's face when they went up stage. It wasn't something he wanted to happen at all, and he was hella worried because it was in front of the live audience. Give them a break, sure, you can complain about his hosting (I heard) but the twins are still young. I mean it's nice to see them giving a good laugh especially when Yeongja carrying them like it's nobody's business LOL

Yeongja is the best female comedian and talk show host!

hwijae improved a lot as a dad. now the twins are so close to their dad and his wife no longer complain abt his past habits. he matured well! I never missed an episode of TROS and it's nice to see something like this unedited.
