Huge crowds turned out in Belfast city centre today to welcome around 60 bands and nine lodges as they walked the six-mile route to celebrate the Twelfth of July.

@jevo8534 blatant lie. The 'british' in the North are direct descendants of the planters (ironically) sent here by King James in the 17th century. Any attempt to claim otherwise is you deliberately telling lies, or, more likely, a lack of knowledge on your part (a hallmark of northern huns) The Protestants who were in Ireland previously, by and large assimilated into the Irish way of life, hence the reason the ulster plantations happened in the first place. I know the pro british separatists aren't going anywhere, which will make it all the sweeter when the island is inevitably reunited, their worst nightmare. As a side note, I doubt it was intentional, but the way you have stated 'northern Irish' reads as you saying you're Irish 😂😂😂😂 once again, I would guess this is due to your apparent braincell deficiency, but for future reference, if you're trying to claim your nationality is that of Northern Ireland, you would say Northern Irish (if its a nationality both parts should be capital letters) In the future, I'll charge for your history and grammar lessons, but I'll give you these for free, anything to help a fellow Irishman.

Your Pride puts England to Shame, never ever Surrender Northern Ireland to the South. For what little it is worth to hear this from me, l hold you in the Highest Exteem, whatever beats in your Hearts, this Pride in Nation is Shamefully lacking in my own England and this once United Kingdom. I Pray that this is the Lull before the Storm and soon, soon we shall see a New England emerge from Decades of Treason, and dare l say, a United Kingdom, a truely United Union of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Yes, but the loyalist have a different culture which has to be accommodated within the Republic, with the present governance of the Republic this is not achievable. Also the majority of the former Unionist will have to want to become part of the Republic, this will not happen for many more decades yet and when it does probably the sovereign U.K. and Irish Republic will be irrelevant any way. As they will be part of a vast federated super state over several continents.

Would you class VE Day as celebrating the murder of Germans or 4th of July celebrating the murder of indigenous native North Americans.....or the commemoration of any other battle around the globe. What a moronic simplistic immature opinion. ! Seriously.....ffs wise up, get a life or take in a refugee. Still trying to hold people today accountable for a battle their forefathers won in the 17th century is quite frankly moronic.

Its commemorating a battle and part of Northern Ireland/UK history and generates £55 million to the Northern Ireland economy.
