Elizabeth Perez I won't deny it, when he said that, I spoke out loud whilst watching the video and softly said 'it's ok to say IS her name Zach'. When in my job I sadly saw death and loss, it's hard as of course that person is gone, but I always encouraged those grieving to use present words. They may not be physically present, but the memory and emotional connection people hold is forever. And when Zach said that, I felt his loss, but wanted to hug him and say she's still present, because she is in his mind always. ❤️

Right? There is proof of energy in matter. I know we all have energy/soul. I know it does not immediately (in our lifetime) run away to another galaxy or dissapear in to nothingness. I believe we all have the ability to sense our loved ones on the other side. I absolutely believe Tyler and others, have the ability to understand that energy and translate for each of us.

I literally could not stand to see Keith crying. He is such a sweet, happy, wholesome, precious, amazing and funny person. I literally teared up just a tiny bit when seeing a tear roll down Keith's cheek. All these men are so precious and such amazing people. Absolutely broke my heart to see Keith crying. But I also love that these men are so against toxic masculinity, they're so kind and they are not afraid to show their emotions and we need more men like these four in our society.

I think it's cool that Ned's experience here highlighted how Atheists feel about the idea of an afterlife - it's not like it wouldn't be amazing & beautiful, we're just not convinced it's a real thing. Some more than others (idk if Ned's changed his mind now, but I haven't)

Jordan Kay ikr like out of all the people he could of chosen, he chose the only one that he thought would benefit him, mainly his wife, and their relationship. That is SO sweet

Seeing him hand over the cat toy made me tear up. I’m glad Tyler confirmed that they do live on, and they are still connected to us. I have a cat that I love so very much... and I can’t imagine a world where he doesn’t exist, at least in some form. This brings me great comfort

I once moved in with this girl I only knew for a month and her male roommate that I had only met once before, they had several cats and were in the process of rehoming them. They had three cream colored cats and one orange one that I would only see sitting on the male roommates lap, or at his feet or following him to his room. All of their cats hid from me because I was new so I didn't want to scare them away. When three were given new homes I asked "what about the orange one?" My roommates looked at me dumbfounded and I described the orange cat to them and my male roommate started tearing up and told me that was his kitty he lost when he was in middle school. They're here even when they're gone and they love us completely❤️

Watching this years later, one of Eugene's sisters is either getting married or is already married. Kids could be on the table now. The sister from the Lie Detector test.

At the end of the day, we are all alone. I appreciated Ned's vulnerability in that moment. I feel sometimes people want to quiet someone who's crying because it makes them uncomfortable. He needed to cry and I'm so grateful to be a witness. That sounds weird, but it's important to see people cry, as it is a valid state of being. And by showing it, it shows us all we are not broken when we are sad. Thanks Guys.

Since his family lived through the war and it's been kept secret for generations, I would say it is very likely a grandmother on his mom's side was raped by soldiers and his mom was the product of that. If you watch the video when they get ancestry DNA tests, Eugene gets really surprised that he has large amounts of Japanese and Chinese DNA. It's not talked about amongst many families because it was a really dark time but it was quite commonplace. I'm Chinese btw and the same thing happened to us.

Idk why rewatching this was so emotional for me? I think it was Ned going from “I’m open but I’m not too sure” and then being faced with the possibility of connections between two different realms and really getting hit by his emotions is what got me.

Man, this hit home!! I JUST lost my Mother in law exactly 1 month ago, and when I kept hearing "breathing issues" and taking off her oxygen, my mother in law kept doing that before she died.. She had chronic COPD.. I want to think she's at peace and watching over her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.. It broke my heart to see Ned and Keith cry but it also shows you just how AWESOME all 4 of these men are!!
