Mr. Hany! Dave Palumbo has talked many times about how his arms were very much a week point, so he had a day for biceps and a day for triceps. I see some of your fst-7 workouts are only biceps or only triceps. If arms are a weak point, do you think it's best to have a devoted session to biceps and a devoted session to triceps, or are the benefits of having the increased blood flow through the same vain of blood supply worth training them together?

I wanna see Andre, Derek, Phil and Hadi train legs. MensPhysique, 212 and open. That would be an epic video to see.

Hany and Jeremy have a history and relationship that I want to hear about. I don't dislike Jeremy, he's just had some struggles and issues. Hany is the kind of guy that brings out the best in everyone and I want to see the best of Jeremy.

I've always wanted to try your product but now I'm literally going to soon as I get home from work get online and order for someone like me that's never used your products. Which ones would you recommend? I'm a huge fan of the pumpand obviously anything that can make that lasts longer up four.note that I'm not a beginner lifter I lift it natural for 7 years and then there after while I was in ranger battalion. For 12 years. I'm at 205 lbs at 5 foot 10 with a consistent six pack and I'm 40 years old. I've never been one to do supplements you know just basic protein and creatine. That's about it but I mean the way you described you are products I'm going to have to indulge

Last comment, but used sections. Now when it comes to Andre you said about bringing his legs up. Would that put him over weightin the physique category? I mean either way like you said I think he would do great and classic. And then Derek my God you're talkin aboutmaking improvements and round her shoulders obviously that implies more muscle. So how would hestay at to 12 + strip all the way down. I mean s*** last year we seen him at like 225 lb free Olympia by a couple weeks. And he was shredded. I said it last year along with many others. I think he would do fairly well at the open. I definitely understand that it's more financiallydoable in the 212. But I feel like many others if you know once he wins 212 maybe take another crack at it and then go open. Cuz I mean hottie he does great in the Olympia open. Then I'm sure flex will too. So these men along with Derek could literally be the giant Killers. I understand Shawn Clarita says that he's a giant killer but let's face it he doesn't really compete against the Giants kind of like Lee priest and Shawn Ray of those guys. It's time to see some giant killers

I've seen that podcast, and to be honest he looks much more genuine now. Maybe he appeared as "fake", because he was dieting for the Olympia, and his mind was messed up.
