Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today I’m going to tell you about another interesting topic which is about The truth behind organic fuel technology- how synthetic fuel is made?
what is clean energy?
Clean Energy is energy that is produced through methods that do not release greenhouse gases or any other pollutants. Clean Energy can be generated from renewable sources like solar, air current, and biofuel.
What is organic fuel?
Biofuels are a renewable energy source, made from organic matter or wastes, that can play a valuable role in reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Biofuels are one of the largest sources of renewable energy in use today. In the transport sector, they are blended with existing fuels such as gasoline and diesel. In the future, they can be particularly important to help decarbonize the aviation, marine, and heavy-duty road transport sectors.
Synthetic Fuel review:
Ethanol, methanol, and biodiesel are appropriately referred to as synthetic fuels independent of origin. Coal gasification and natural gas reforming are sources of “synthesis gas”, a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, the feed for synthetic fuel production.
What are biofuels or organic fuel made from?
The short answer: biomass. What is biomass, though?
Biomass is organic matter, i.e. any dead matter that comes from an organism that was once alive. In practice, this includes:
corn kernels,
algae mats,
sugar cane stalks,
the cellulosic part of plants,
soybeans,
coffee beans,
jatropha,
Types of biofuels
Ethanol is produced by fermenting sugar or starch from products such as sugarcane, maize, or wheat. It is used in blended fuels with petrol, either at low levels in regular vehicles (up to 10%) or at higher levels in cars that have been adapted to take both petrol and ethanol, known as “flex-fuel” vehicles.
Biodiesel and HVO
Biodiesel is produced from vegetable oils, fats, or greases. It is blended with diesel, generally at low levels (up to 7%).
HVO, or Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil, differs from biodiesel in the way it is produced and in the quality of the final product. HVO is produced through the hydroprocessing of oils and fats. It can typically be blended with diesel without a blending limit. HVO is also commonly referred to as renewab
biofuel advantages and disadvantages:
pros:
Renewable - Biofuels are produced from plants and other organic material, so it can be replenished constantly.
Clean - Biofuels are environment-friendly. They are much efficient & cleaner than fossil fuels, producing less air pollution, and using materials that would otherwise be considered as waste products.
Flexible - can be easily mixed with other fuels.
Inexpensive - They can be made easily by using local materials. Biofuels are very cheap to afford.
cons:
Loss of habitat - More land would be required to be cultivated for Biofuel production.
Ignorance - Biofuels are not widely available and not many people are aware of it.
Limitations in its use in vehicles - Some kinds of biofuels require modifications to vehicle engines and they are still being used as additives rather than a fossil fuel replacement.

Thankyou soo much, very beautiful illustrations and digestable info 👍♥️☀️. Though maybe its better to split this video into two parts or use 1--2 second pauses with subject seperators thingy so the viewers can take a breather.

How much is 100% Bio diesel and ethanol different from fossil fuel in working are they equal or is fossil fuel better i.e can 1litre bio diesel or ethanol generate more energy than diesel and petrol or not?

Biodiesel is pretty close to regular diesel with a slightly lower energy density, while similarly ethanol has a lower energy density reletivley to gasoline. That being said ethanol's energy density issues are pretty much offset by its lower cost. Both biodiesel and ethanol have different ignition characteristics compared to their fossil fuel counterparts which can allow for cleaner burning and in the case of ethanol it even has good anti knock properties.

I don't know why the US doesn't mandate that all new cars have flex fuel capability simply because it makes us less sensetive to fluctuations in the costs of petroleum.

Guys you need to campaign to the government to support green fuel maybe one day i some state ICE cars will be allowed again with this new fuel and we can see a type of car like ICE, EV, Hydrogen ICE, Hybrid
