I just think it was a jealous/possesive vibe. She's theyre mother, and though they clearly respect Jon, they're still bonded to her and consider her to be their true mother. I've always likened dragons to more intelligent species of bird, and Drogon's reaction especially reminds me of how my favourite Macaw in the local pet shop is very sweet to me but scream-squawks when my partner stands next to me.

The only living Targaryen that is immune to fire is dany, Jon isn’t immune to fire as we’ve seen in the show, we all saw that viserys wasn’t immune to it, the author said hat not all Targaryens are immune to fire, Dany was always immune to it somewhat, Season one first episode I think, she bathed in boiling water and there was a lady screaming at her hat it was too hot but she was fine. So the answer is no Jon isn’t immune to fire. We don’t know if Rhaegar Tagaryen was but id think not, if he was immune to fire then Jon would be too.

I think it was a mix of making sure he wasn't hurting Dany and just plain dragon sassyness but I love the theories. Who's ready for the last episode

I think Drogon respects Jon, but he also senses the upcoming conflict. Technically, aren't we all sending the same glare to this couple as Drogon does? We see their love, but knowing Jon's true heritage, we sense this might not end well. I think that is what Drogon senses.

To me it´s one of these: - Jealousy: Drogon lived all his life with Daenerys, seeing someone kissing like that might be weird for him, since when she was with Drogo, he was a little baby dragon, I dont remember other scenes of Drogon watching Daenerys kissing someone. - protective behaviour: again, Drogon lived all his life with Daenerys, seeing someone kissing her might strike that protective instinct that most animals have when they have a connection with someone. - He knows...: Seems plausible with what you explained, if he knows by instinct that Jon is a Targaryan... Then he might be "damn bruh, that´s nasty!". - Just a joke: It could very well be just a gag, we all had that pet that stares when you are kissing or hugging someone and it´s hella weird.

There is no Night King. Mance Raydar is Prince Raeghar glamoured with rubies. The person who died at the battle of the Trident was one of Rhaegars knights glamored to look like him (that is why there were rubies all over his armor, and why his body mysteriously disappeared after the battle). Rhaegar went beyond the wall to unite the wildlings against the return of the Whitewalkers. He has two children, Jon from Lyanna and Daenerys from Ashara Dayne. Selmy, the only character in the book who actually knew both of them, and was in love with Ashara, described their eyes as looking remarkably like each other. Ashara supposedly had a stillborn daughter at the same time Daenerys was born and subsequently supposedly threw herself from a tower although her body was never found. She was also the lady in waiting to Rhaegars wife until sent home for unknown reasons, presumably pregnancy since she had a child some time after. So, a likely candidate for Daenerys' real mother. Probably Quaithe is Ashara due to Quaithe's excessive interest in Daenerys and emotional reaction to meeting her in person. Together the three of them form the three heads of the dragon. Rhaeghar believes he is the prince that was promised and has a destiny to fulfill, to save mankind. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen, the Whitewalkers may just be some necromancers living in the north who Rhaeghar has started a campaign against, and is being pushed back south across the wall. He is trying to fulfill a phrophecy and in doing so has made it real. The Whitewalkers were just minding their own business when a genocidal fanatic on a phrophetic mission appeared at their borders with an army of savages intent on wiping them out, so they fought back using the tools at their disposal, namely necromancy. But there is no Night King.

Watch the scene immediately following Drogon's eye-balling Jon again. It is teeming with symbolism! A pot of molten "Dragon" glass being poured on to arrow "Head" molds. Just as Khal Drogo did with the "Last Dragon" Viserys's Head. Drogo's spirit is involved with Drogon, or it was just a tease for fun by the film crew...Not a coincidence.

As to why the dragon's accepted Tyrion in the cave, one big theory and lots of evidence points to the idea that Tywin is not Tyrion's father, there were hints implying that a Targarean had an affair with Tywin's wife, Tyrion's mom. Tywin himself alludes to this a few times.

I thought it was more like when a dog doesn't let its owner kiss in front of them because he's protective of the other owner. I think its the same concept with the dragons and Dani. They are very protective of their mother and although they seem to accept Jon, they are still wary of him.

For the dragons being reincarnated as their name sakes, that would explain why they never hatched until after all the original named characters had died. We see the eggs resting on fire before drogo died but after daenerys brothers had died. Kinda reminds me of eragon where saphira was waiting for the perfect moment to hatch, in her case meeting her rider while in GOT waiting for the whole band to kick the bucket

Well Drogo was the only one who burned in the fire with daenerys. The other dragons are just for their namesakes. But Drogan absolutely has part of Drogos spirit or even a full reincarnation. Because you have to remember, it's not really clear what magic spell that which put on Drogo. Burning with Daenerys and the eggs could have very well done something, it could have even been the catalyst to reawaken the eggs finally. It's no coincidence that Drogan is the biggest and strongest dragon, not to mention is the closest to Daenerys than any other. So it's safe to say yes, either a part of him his spirit or energy transferred to drogan. It would explain his rebellious behavior in the beginning. Being bonded to a dragon they don't usually act like that.

I think Drogon just plain recognized Jon as Targaryen. He knows Jon's family, and so does Rhaegal. Drogon is already bound to Daenerys, and no one else. And now Jon is bound to Rhaegal. They're all gonna fight together at Winterfell. I just don't know if they'll all fight together at King's Landing🤔

Rhaegal is the one that gets the close up, not Drogon. If you look carefully you can see the other dragons wings in the background and the webbing(?) on them is red, just like Drogons.

@@KinsmokeWill I thought so too but it is Drogon. Rhaegal has a green tint and the face of the dragon has red on it just like Drogon does. Also right before Jon kisses Dany again Rhaegal's head is lowered while Drogon's is in the same position as the dragon looking at Jon when they cut to a close up.

@@unclebuck4828 ok yeah, I rewatched and now I'm seeing that the wing isn't from another dragon but the same dragon in the shot, the wing looked out of place at first but I had to realise they are effectively walking on their wings at that point so they're bound to curve towards the body like that.

but writer or someone from the cast said that it is true, that its not Drogo but its magic and some of Drogos soul is in Drogon, and thats why it was that intense watch he even said that watch is saying that "Dany is mine", but having Jon riding rhaegal in the battle is very good, then Jon can avoid Rhaegal getting killed if he can control the dragon

Drogon specifically looking at Jon did freak me out a little and definitely led to questions. We'll have to wait and see but it sure is going to be an intense season. There is A LOT to get through.

Dont look too much into the dragon staring at Aegon.. it's like any child staring at a man kissing his mother infront of them. It's nothing to think about.
