I think saying "warranties claimed" is the catch. 150,000 wheels, which is 75000 pairs, and 4000 people got the warranty on their wheels. would like to see how many warranty claims were filed.

You will always receive proof of purchase from an online store. The same warranty process still applies, you will just have to do it online with the help of the store you cop'd the wheels from!

weird that other wheels dont dehub as fast as roots

I broke my pair of honeycores a while back, the entire core where the bearing goes broke off and came out, I didn’t realize it at first but luckily I didn’t get hurt, I will still ride roots parts intact I now have a pair of 110 air wheels, they are amazing.

Or buy river wheels been riding mine for 3 years they have worn down a ton and have minor bumps but they work haha but buy whatever wheel that’s in your budget and you like

100% true i have root Clayton lindley wheels and i have had them for ages and have not broken becuse u land proper and smooth... sometimes

Of course every wheel eventually breaks, but I can say that river/proto wheels are gonna last a lot longer even if you were to wear in a pair of protos and Roots. Also, just because you sell way more wheels than you have issues with, that doesn't really mean much. You could sell a billion wheels but have a million sent back. That's still a million wheels sent back

Because you are street I assume from your tsi setup. Street riders tend to not land sideways like park riders do on quarters and half's etc

I had mine for less than month and the dehubed super easy while my last pair of wheels that lasted me 6 years. I think is self explanatory

yeah but there a some people that dont worry about the process of the warranty and just buy more wheels and throw the dehubbed ones away me personally have dehubbed 6 root indistrie pairs of wheels and havent worryed about the warrenty

You need to learn to ride properly then. Im 90 kilos and still haven't dehubbed a pair of tilt wheels ive been riding for 3 years

Seriously I got root wheels 110x24 full cores and within a month i had a inch chunk outa my back wheel 🤦🏻

I had the same gen 1 proto white on blacks for 4 years, I dehubbed 2 sets or root wheels in 1 year, My friend has been using those protos for the entire year i had the root wheels. Still kicking. I think it's more of people not bothering to RMA your product like they do with other brands as well. So it's more of lazy consumers not reporting all the problems with your product as I've seen at least 20 sets of root wheels destroyed while OG phoenix/proto wheels are still around kicking today. /shrug

Super rarely people take their wheel to warranty bcs either they forget that they even have warranty,they are too lazy or they dont have the recipt anymore
