How exciting can climate control be anyways lol. But also i 100% disagree this car does not look boring, try being in mine! Lol fairly new but not as much tech as this car so i think hes spoiled. Wish i could say this car was “boring” lol.

Handles great, dampened perfectly if you ask me. I recommend everyone at least get a K&N drop in if not get rid of the air box and the car gets its breath much better and maybe a slight improvement in mileage, also a catch can. I swapped for a catless downpipe and unlocked a ton of boost and now I get a higher typical running average of 28.8 mpg.

Those that have been down the harder compact factory riding car ownership life are assuredly familiar with what I am about to suggest, so for everyone else, consider dropping down in wheel size from 18". Already have planned my 16" swap. The more tire sidewall, the more cushion. And, if you know how to shop for wheels, you can drop some rotating mass weight for greater efficiency that correlates to better braking, increase in power to the pavement, and more affective performance and lower wear on the suspension/brakes. So many reasons to do this. Nothing but win.

Softened the suspension from the previous Cerato GT (Forte in the US but you didn't get the prior model i think) - the old model was almost racecar harsh. Australian roads are also better than the US, so the still-hard suspension isn't particularly annoying.

Roughly the same price as well (Elantra N-line sitting around 28k, while GT with GT2 package at 27.5k), however without the GT2 package features. GT2 includes a lot more bells/whistles than the N-line. It seems like the Elantra looks better on the outside though.
