This gun has a bad production run with serious defect that causes it not to return to battery. I sent mine back to Canik 6 weeks ago. They can’t figure it out. I hope you got one of the non-defects!

Yeah, honestly man, I just got done putting 1500 rounds through mine and only had one round that would not eject i’m actually in the process of posting that video, but I heard a couple people had problem with theirs and some people have no problem. …… and I’m not sponsored by Canik or federal ammo Which is what I was using

Hope is shoots and cycles right , I got two and both have FTF issues first mag and 50 out of 200 rounds , look it up , lots of people are having issues , wouldn’t bet my life on it just yet

I really appreciate the Intel going to shoot it Saturday … just out of curiosity what type of ammo was you using? And did you oil it up before using? After doing my follow up video of its performance, do you mind if I mention your name in the video saying that you had a couple issues with it?

@@Brothersnguns 1st trip out --124 grain blazers , and yes cleaned it very well , even blew out the striker channel that others complained was packed with grease not allowing it to strike hard enough 2nd trip out - Tonight , changed the spring out that came with the Canik , ran 9 mags had one failed, much better !!!! So take the other spring with you , maybe you won’t have that issue , but bring it in case 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah, to be honest with you the absolute cheapest I seen them was 950 and as high as 1300 here in Las Vegas they are sold out everywhere

Retail is 949 unless you got the optic model… are you including tax?

Tax varies state to state. The Canik Rival and Rival S are floating around $675 to 800 depending on which one and where you buy them. Canik includes a lot for that price point for most of us who are just plinking around and wanting to be "John Wick" without the cost of a Pit Viper... Gucci out any P320, 365 or Glock and you're still well over that $900 plus... These are great without breaking the bank.

One of the best handgun in the market. Canik and TTI made it with that gun.
