Who can blame her tho the last time Gohan fought with someone at that point was Cell who broke his arm and killed Goku

In the manga, Goten literally says "I dont know" when Gohan asks how he first got SSJ. *Then* when Gohan asks if their mom knew, Goten says he showed her in training one time.

Pan is technically the youngest super saiyan. She transformed when she was just a fetus.

Imagine if GT was reimagined as Pan and friends going on a multi-universe hopping adventure though? It'd be a good reason to bring back characters from the Tournament of Power and seeing them as superior to Pan as she trains and travels. Maybe Teen Goten, and Teen Trunks, and Pan as originally thought out for GT.

The back tingle isn't when you first transform. That how it feels to transform at will. Did you listen when Cabba was explaining it?

It makes sense that it wasn’t his first time transforming. When training with Vegeta, he asks Trunks if the youngest child of Kakarot can also transform. Trunks tells him that he can. This is while they were training and Goten was training with Gohan. So, they must’ve been fighting like saiyans do, and both transformed. It would make sense

Horsing around with Trunks is the most likely scenario. Goten doesn't know exactly HOW that happened, but I speculate that he doesn't remember when did Trunks and Goten achieved it during play.

Nah goten was conceived pre cell games when goku was super sayian the whole time. So that super sayian sperm boosted gotens power 😂

Them going super saiyan has nothing to do with their potential or quality of their potential. Gohan obviously still have the best potential amongst the hybrids.

Agree gotten was conceived when goku was a super saiyan and I think that because of future trunks vegeta unlocked super saiyan faster

The theory used to be that cuz they’re fathers had turned into ssj before the kids were born they have it in the genetic code. That kinda was made sense to me

I never thought of it that way but if you look at it that way it makes more sense this makes me wonder about pan potential would it be on par or more that gotten and trunks

In the flashback its implied its the first time cause she calls him a delinquent and he has no idea what shes talking about and starts inspecting himself so clearly he isnt aware a change has occured

Natural will tell the truth super Saiyan Powers in DBZ Franchises.

Trunk and goten is why I don’t buy into the whole “super saiyan must be unlocked through great stress and anger” argument that I saw people getting worked up about when kale and Califla learned how to do it. It is highly unlikely they had the same stressful and anger inducing conditions Goku, trunks and gohan had (and assumedly vegeta since the super saiyan unlocking scene is anime only). Gohan didn’t necessarily unlock it from anger too. While he was focusing on angry moments in his life when he turned super saiyan, the actual situation was a training session with Goku. I think anger was a key part for the initial unlocking but for the other saiyans I believe that being able to master ki control play a part. I believe the whole back tingling thing was more of a technical interpretation of the ki control used to activate super saiyan more than just a “feeling”.

Now that they have a tcg that actually kinda fun i dont see them stopping anytime soon. Hopefully they jump into the future with goku and vegeta basically becoming immortal because of their god ki. With Gohan in his forties, trunks and goten in their thirties and pan bulla in their early twenties basically becoming the new Z fighters with new villians. Like Rino a evil God of destruction who kills Beerus which makes Broly assume the mantle of G.O.D

Yep, this is my head cannon for s cells. In genetics, some genes can be activated in times of great stress and passed down. For sayians, they had a low amount of S cells so they couldn't turn ssj and they had low power levels. Frieza made sure of this by killing any sayian who became too powerful. So goku and vegeta got lucky to push their bodies to a bigger power lvl and with the small amount S cells they were able to achieve ssj. That's why their transformations were so powerful. Same thing with Gohan since he was born before Goku achieved ssj. The s cells were passed down However for goten and trunks, they were born with higher S cells and higher power levels naturally. So their trigger to go ssj was lesser and that's why goten did it so easily. And this is what Frieza feared lol.

That's why I hate chi-chi so much. She trains goten and he went super. Then she started crying. ChiChi says to herself that she would rather have the Earth, everything get destroyed than risk her children missing school. She makes goku look smarter. Goku is lack on social awareness, and that is why chi-chi essentially tricks and takes advantage of Goku to marry her. Chi-chi either deal with it or divorce goku.

Idk what anyone is talking about. I literally just watched a clip when Goten was helping Gohan train (while Gohan was SSJ) and Goten told him, he wanted to be like Gohan. Gohan in response told him it wasn't possible for his age and Goten did it anyway.

It definitely happened earlier. This is almost confirmed when trunks went ssj while training with vegeta. Trunks knew that gotten could go ssj. This tells me that it happened prior, most likely while they were either training or playing

I always just felt like it was normal for them to achieve it so young. It’s almost realistic. This may be a bad example but if you never learned how to read and than had to read a book on your own it would be impossible. Eventually when you get it you can somewhat teach your kid and than as you both get better your second child will just naturally get the grasp of it easier because he is around people who understand and know how to do it. Same with super sayian
