    Are these exercises suitable for my problematic sacroiliac joint? I have a flare up which is most painful when I get up in the morning or if I have been sitting in a bad posture chair. Walking definitely helps!

    It sounds like you respond well to movement, especially if walking helps relieve and manage your symptoms. Strengthening the area is also a good strategy to improve your overall tolerance for movement and loading. Start with an intensity that is well tolerated by you, and focus on staying consistent first.
