Once you guys get one, don’t take the revs up past 3k like this guy. Just seeing him daily this and taking it up to like 4K is not good. I’ve owned two z’s and I never daily it and go past 3k rpm’s

@@jovanibonillasalazar1797 lmfao so true like i said my friend has a 370z and i have a mustang i was in the car the other day with my brother and i downshifted and he goes "wait the engine didn't rev really loud" cause when hes in the Z my friend downshifts at 4k and it revs up so high hes gonna destroy that thing

I daily drive a 2008 350z and it has plenty of space for me, I've got the sub behind my seat as well as a storage compartment behind the passenger seat with 2 amps in it and spare room for stuff. and it has those 2 small compartments that open when the seats go to far back lol. not to mention the direct link to the trunk with a lot of space for anything I need in the city at least

Also have Daily’d my Z for 5 years now, unless you’re moving homes, or constantly buy TVs or furniture, you aren’t going to notice the space, I keep tools (cause Z) a skateboard, jumper cables, and currently a spare set of headlight lenses and could easily buy about $220 worth of groceries and have enough space to put them, granted at this point with everything in the trunk, it would be spread between the trunk and passenger seat. But the 350z has tons of cubby’s, door pockets, rear compartments in the speaker box, the center console, as well as the cubby’s on the sides of the seats themselves! (The 370z and new 2022 Z both don’t have them)

@@Ibbelino I got in late to the z market but I got an 08 HR 127k miles bone stop except longtime header, mid pipe and tomei exhaust, wheels, teen lowering springs, 10.8k northern virginia Washington DC area

I bought a black 2019 370Z sport coupe 6MT a few years ago and daily it with no problems. The car is a blast to drive and puts a smile on my face every day that I drive it.

I think having a second car makes a lot of sense. I have a ford escape that I use as my main car, and although I was thinking of selling it since my boyfriend still has a Honda Fit, I think it still makes sense to keep. So if the 350z breaks down, I have a part runner, and I don't have to worry about using the fit if the bf has to do something. At this point, I think the interior practicality doesn't really matter to me. It can hold groceries which is 99% of what I haul with my SUV anyways, and for those few times I need something big, the fit and the escape can handle it. And I can enjoy the 350z as an unbridled sports car, without worrying about practicality at all

I daily an 03 touring. Storage isn't a problem. Not as open as my 78 280, but nice little cubbies to put stuff in. If you're going to move big stuff, buy an appropriate vehicle. My z was purchased because it was a 2 seater.

im sorry man but u got ripped off i bought my z about a month ago for $4000 130k miles with no engine problems.. just had to fix the window motor and put in back turning signal

I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but at 1:40 you called it a business card holder, on my Z it is an extra cup holder but you have to pull decently hard on it for it to come all the way out. Not sure if mine is aftermarket or oem on the car but thought id point it out anyway!

Hey! That's crazy haha I've actually had a few other people comment and say that theirs is something different as well. I've pulled on mine plenty hard and its definitely not a cup holder unfortunately haha I'll give it a further inspection in a future video though haha thanks for tuning in man!🙏

Came for the first question, but learned a lot more. I'm currently in a ND Miata, and was thinking about the new Z that's coming later next year. Any thoughts on that? If it's similar to the 350 and 370Z, I think it would be a massive size upgrade from the Miata, which is basically like a glove for my body.

Hi Jonny, Love the content of all your videos! I have a 2004 350z DE, just on the off chance I would ask if you have ever come across a can bus error? I am having trouble identifying the problem exactly. From the research I have done I am lead to believe it could be down to bad connection to the ecu through a bad fuse or cable. Just thought I would ask as I know you have been in the 350z community a lot longer than me. Any feedback would be much appreciated

I have a 2003 350z and in the manual it shows how to fit 2 sets of golf clubs in the trunk...and they fit!! if this helps :-)

No your right but that’s why I have a Tacoma for and mine 370z has less space than yours bro as my is a roadster so you don’t get hardly any trunk space at all least it got a shelf in behind seats for medical kit and tools etc .but it’s perfect for me if I take wife with me we use the truck it’s a four door so . The next trip will be next may going to North Carolina to the tail of the dragon they have a z week there .

@@wim1572 from what I know, not many with the manual if you take good care of them. Changing trans fluid, shifting correctly, no $$$ shifts, easy downshifts. If you downshift when your RPM is over 3500 (stick with 3000) you should be fine RWD nissan engines are built like a tank, their pretty reliable

I know you covered prices already. However every Z around where I live, especially recently has been incredibly highly priced (IMO) I'm talking 20 grand for a 140,000 mile that's already had its kidneys removed. Should I start looking for things out of state? Should I just keep looking on Craigslist? I don't need a Z any time soon but I'd sure love one!

I own an 07 350z myself and it’s amazing! Best purchase I have ever made and worth every penny. I have the HR version which has more horsepower. If you already know how to drive manual it’s a great car. If you don’t know how to drive manual yet, just be careful because it’s pretty fast and the gas is touchy. Hope this helped!

One thing that I think will be a learning curve is gonna be driving rear wheel, did you have any problems getting used to it or is it not really too different from front wheel or all wheel drive?

@@fernandogilarranz4171 It’s not too difficult. My first car was a FWD which had good gas mileage. A 350Z is RWD and it has much better handling than a FWD, but Z’s don’t get very good gas mileage. Since Z’s are RWD they are more prone to loss of traction on slick roads. Just be smart and don’t get careless when you drive and you’ll be okay. Good luck on finding your Z!

Damn had to pay 12k for mine only because it came with a Brand new paintjob, New Clutch/Flywheel, Upgraded CSC, Updated Gallery gaskets and new Timing chain and guides. Car didnt need anything at all but this guy didnt want to go lower than 12k smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ but dont regret it at all. Is your an auto or manual?
