I vaped for around 4 years. Last summer my dad was diagnosed with cancer and I stopped vaping ON the day. I have not touched it since. You absolutely can stop if you put your mind to it and realize how much better you're off without it. I don't think of nicotine anymore. I believe in you, Adapt! You can do it.

I quit vaping 2 months ago and the cravings were really really bad the first week and a half or so but then it got easier and easier. I am still getting cravings occasionally but god I feel so much better already. I'm glad u made a video about this and are addressing it because its much more serious than people think. not only is it awful for ur body and ur overall health and well being it also costs so much fucking money, when I started I had so much money I didn't worry or think twice. right before I quit my bank account was literally at zero, I had been spend over 300 dollars a month on vaping... it is not worth it, thanks for spreading awareness Alex.

actually crazy the timing on this, i’ve always wanted to stop and never thought i could. i am currently 4 days off vape, cold turkey this video helps so much. a lot of the problem is i can’t get away from it. everyone i know vapes so it makes it really hard to stop when it’s constantly in front of you. just gotta get it through your head. nothing good comes from this shit.

Vaping is just as much mental as it is physical. The hardest part for me is staying off it when I'm drinking. The best part of quitting is not fiending and needing to go to the bathroom or whatever and feeling that shame. Sometimes I miss it but overall being able to take huge breaths, having more mental clarity, and better cardiovascular health is so worth it. Good luck y'all

I thank you from the Bottom of my heart , I've been trying to quit vaping for years now and I also find myself with a vape in my hands. I have actually seen the damage its done to me as I had my first pull of vape when I was 14 years old and I'm 19 Years of Age now. I haven't had this much motivation yet as I've always grown up watching faze and seeing that you guys experience the same struggles as me, just puts me over the moon. I am Able to Stop now and I Am gonna stop this Addiction thanks to you Adapt.

I quit vaping November of 2023. I used to quit for a couple weeks then go right back to it. It takes a lot of dedication to resist the urge man. Glad you guys are trying to move forward

I am 19 years old and I was horribly addicted for the last 3 years, I failed to quit at least 5 times. I had convinced myself that I would just always be addicted, this killed my self-esteem. I am now 34 days clean... Quitting is only as hard as you convince yourself it will be. Remind yourself of the reasons you are doing this and you will not fail.(p.s. chewing on tooth picks really helped)
