Mat new watcher here, the first RR video popped up on my feed last week, since then I’ve watched the Ferrari, Lamborghini Mercy, McLaren 720 & BMW M3 house crash rebuilds. I’ve been quickly addicted, I already love your small & close-nit team. Love your relationship with your dad, can already tell no amount of money could buy some of the moments you’ve had together rebuilding some of these cars. I fully appreciate you’re ability to smile through every situation I have saw so far, you’ve clearly worked crazy hard to get to this point so you have to try and smile through the good along with the bad, you are living your dream after all! Excited as this is my first time watching a series in real time so best of luck to you all going forwards my man, love and blessing to you all

Hello Mat, I have already been an installer and did technical support of the Ghost immobiliser (uk) / Igla alarm (Europe) system, anti-theft system. When you have the car ready to drive, you have to be careful, because the Ghost module may have the anti-car-jacking system active. What makes the car turn off while you're driving. I think you can test if the system is active without having to drive the car. You put the car to work with the doors closed, open the driver's door and get out and get back in (do not turn off the car during the process), if the car starts flashing the "high beams" or "the blinks" or "the engine light" it is because it is active. You can deprogram / program this function, without having to go to a workshop (I'll help you if you need anything) if you need to change the secret code of unlocking the car's engine I can also help you. Or even if you want to remove the device, I'll help you all remotely. Keep up the excellent work.

You can get the exhaust repaired. Find someone that knows how to block off each end by brazing caps to it. One end needs a Schrader valve fitting so they can use compressed air to put a little pressure in it. Then gently heat up the damaged part and it will come out. Once it's back in shape heat up the braze and remove it. Used to do this on motocrossers when the front pipe would get damaged from stones hitting it.

Im relatively new to Matts channel and never knew I’d ever come across somebody who actually has their videos translated…Does Matt actually speak German? Doesn’t sound like him talking in the videos (which is obviously played over the video with everything else muted). Just wondering, But either way this is awesome as I’m learning German at the moment and want to become a mechanic…So just by chance on my ‘for you page’ did I managed to come across this channel and it’s what I’ve been watching as of recent. Absolutely loving it, as a whole over all his channels. And generally can’t wait until he repairs another rare car like his Porsche 992 GT3 he did 3 months ago (which is now Freddie’s) I just finished watching after two nights, and also hope to see another repair video(s) with Freddie. These videos are so easy to understand and learn from, love them to bits.

And it is a 1 of 1 and even if you spend 450 to 500 it’s a steal I noticed it has similar to mclaren in areas can you imagine the wraith towing the mclaren to monoco lol luxury on top of luxury and performance also was thinking could you get those matching color mansory belts and seats for the mclaren be totally sick but definitely love it and fully support the expense based on end result excellent work loving the journey so far !!!

Wow, this video has been elevated into another realm of car repair. The amounts of money involved here blows my mind. Being just a humble worker drone myself I used to feel faint with the replacement cost of my Range Rover (not a Rolls Royce) spark plugs, but just a tiny bit of trim on the front of that Rolls costing over £4k wtf. I am suitably impressed by this build and in awe of the spiralling cost of this build, RESPECT.

Incorrect… Ghost works differently depending on the car brand. For example. I had a Mercedes and the Ghost was set up so that it wouldn’t start at all until the code was input. My wife had a BMW and it would allow the car to start, but once you put it in gear the engine would cut out… Plus, on top of that there’s a service mode which Mats car could’ve been in.
