there is a reason during the manga period we used to call giyu as the MAIN CHARACTER of hashiras and akaza as the MC of upper moons ! both are fans favourite i hope thye get the same love they got in the manga time

If anyone needs love it's our favorite demon Akaza, because only manga people know about Akaza, not anime people, and everyone loves Giyuu from the beginning.

He was even younger. He was attacked at age 11 and joined the Demon Slayers soon after, and they said he became a hashira 2 months after training with a sword.

Giyu’s past is so sad and he is my favorite Hashira. And I am an introvert myself. He has been through enough bad things. Also so sad that we actually will not find out in this season who killed Shinobu’s sister. I know who it is, but doubt that they will drop this info this season

Sad not so fun fact, in the episode of Genya and Sanemis tragic backstory, during one scene where they’re walking through town you can see a young woman who looks an awful lot like Giyuus sister, it’s never confirmed to be her or not, but a lot of fans have taken this as a possible implication that Sanemi and Genyas mother was the demon that killed Giyuus sister
