I have Gen 2 2019 Duke 390 Headlights height and focus can be adjusted actually. I don't about Gen 3 but I do adjust my bike's headlight sometimes if I think it's out of line. I get around 27 kmpl in city and around 34 kmpl on highways, just control your urge to pull the throttle I have never replaced the brembo brake pads, instead I use regular ones (my friend mechanic provides me awesome quality pads at just 350 rs) and braking is almost same I must say equal to around 90% I have put on Apollo Alpha H1 tyres both with fitting charges I paid 10k. 35k kilometres now this is the set I put after the metzelers wore off at around 15k kilometres. My Apollo will definitely run 5k kilometres more. I stopped doing servicing at KTM as it got extremely costly. Now I go to my friend mechanic shop and it's very cheap and very clean and thorough servicing. They bring parts from KTM itself at a lower price. Everytime he does something free for me, eg throttle body cleaning or give me a free fuel additive I put chain sprocket from RollOn ...cheap and good quality (not meant for track days) I do my own chain cleaning and lubrication and adjustments. Saves me money. Recently I replaced a few of engine parts, for eg like the timing chain and all. Just so that it keeps running till petrol is available on earth 😅 Always wear gloves and helmet at least with a proper dressing ( not like a chapri with shorts and vests) ✌️

starting from bs6 vehicles you should leave it for sometime while doing cold start for the the first time in the day , wait till the rpm needle reaches its optimal set reading generally around 0.8k to 1.2k rpm. It will resolves your first problem. I faced same with activa 6g and r15 bit got to know after sometime.

Proper gear pehen le bhai .. it’s a high revving single cylinder engine that is bound to heat ..Plus if you keep the revs low it’s going to stall.. understand the machine first.

Tbh, it's not the issue with gen 3 Duke, it's the issue with the service stations your leaving the bike, I own a gen 3 Duke for quite a long time now has no issues with software or engine cutoff, i agree there is vibrations, but we will feel it below 5 thousand RPM above 5 thousand RPM bike feels refined, please don't complain about the headlight because it's way better than all the Dukes out der in the market currently, please visit the service centre to adjust it properly, I owned a duke before and a new one now, it's the best performance machine in the market currently, whoever is buying the vehicle please check if the showroom who's delivering the bike are doing it in the right way..

For Headlights, I guess you need to adjust it, it has a screw behind the assembly, adjust it and lower it as per your convenience. I think your problem with the throw might get resolved. Also please let me know if any difference.

The bike stops in between may be the ecu software issue. I found the same issue in the new ns 200 as well. Software Update may solve this.

Issues is i guess you tweet with your modification then fails the engine or wiring parts. Try not to change anything when it just newly design

Can we change headlight light angle to fix high- beam and low-beam.

KTM is Austrian made old company in Europe.... But under Bajaj its not performing good. I think first model under direct KTM is excellent.

Bhai mera Yamaha FZ25 bike hai aur mere is bike mein thoda heating issue hai but it's not much prblm. But sabse bada prblm hai is bike ka road mein 50 to 70 speed mein chalane pe handle shake karta hai, matlab bohot hi buri shake karta hai 2,3 bar servicing ho chuki hai firbhi ye prblm hai. Waha pe bol raha hai ke ase shake thoda hote hai..... but wo log ise fix nhi kar pa raha hai!! Ye kya prblm hai aur ise kaise fix kara ja sakta hai..??? Bhai please agar bata dete to achha hota.

Use proper riding gear (Helmet, gloves, riding jacket+pants+shoes) maybe in that case the vibrations and heating won't be the problem.

Bhai 3rd gen jis jis ne bhi li h sabhi preshan hai. Ek bhai to engine hi seize ho gaya. Worthless product. 2023 me koi bhi bike success nahi rahi. XMR ke bare me koi bhi problem nahi suna mene sach btara hu.

See you guys buy any Duke this is gonna be I don't find it as a disadvantage, that's the nature of the vehicle (heating and vibration) For single cylinder when they try to generate so much power, it's quiet a common thing to be honest when your used bike that are over 200cc you might not really find it heating, we gotta stop complaining on this, previously when people complained for heat these guys at KTM changed the bend pipe routing and now its hitting on every bloody speed breaker
