The genuine connection that you have, do you have that with random people or people who are similar to you in terms of personalities? Is it the same as the "click" or "romantic spark" people always mention about? If you are the only person who is feeling it, it is no longer mutual connection?

And when you have a genuine connection with someone, how do you suppose to feel? Do you feel crazy about them (butterfly stomach) or just a deep, peaceful feeling like knowing they will be there for you no matter what?

A real connection is mutual. You can't possibly be connected to someone who doesn't feel the same way you do. its rare nowadays to find someone on the same wave length as you but its a beautiful/scary thing once you do. Its a once in a lifetime experience. So if you find it, face it and embrace it !

Back in the 80s, 30+ years ago, I had a special connection and truly loved this particular man. But we were both immature and were not operating in God’s will at the time, and so we went our separate ways and there was a lot of hurt involved in that. Since then, we’ve both been through a lot and have done a lot of recovery work on ourselves by God’s grace and miraculous healing. And lo and behold 30+ years later, we reconnected due to a God-given vision that I had and it was just a divine reconnection, restoration, and reconciliation that was able to occur. Our relationship has been restored in a way that God intended it to be and it’s a beautiful thing. We don’t even have to work for it. We can just sit in it and praise God for it.🙌🏻😃💕✝️🙏🏻🙌🏻

Desperation will have you settling for whatever. I panicked when I realized I was appproaching 40. I wanted to be married. I wanted another kid. My desperation for those things had me with someone who was completely using me. I knew he was a liar, a cheater, and a manipulator, but what I wanted was more crucial than how he treated me. I didn’t really like him and it was obvious he didn’t like me. I like the idea of him and he liked the way I fed his narcissistic ego. Tbh, shorty wasn’t even my type. Ugh! The moment I let go of the idea of marriage and another baby. I was able to find true peace. I am getting to happy. I love y’all!

My husband is the product of DIVORCE, and he was raised by his MOM, who is a very negative person. Anyway, I have kept myself busy over the years and I am very successful financially, but my husband is in his own WORLD of denial. Life is too short and my ATTITUDE is still very positive. I will more than likely end up divorced, but that’s LIFE ❤️I am really in LOVE with me, and I will be 61 in November and my Life will continue to GROW ❤️❤️❤️❤️

These days, being truthfully open and honest is extremely rare because of fear of hurting feelings. I have literally made it clear that I prefer the honesty and if my feelings get hurt, oh well, if the information is coming from a place of love or to help me realize a better self, I’ll get over it. But, I’d rather know what’s going on than not.

I truly love this video, because I truly believe in connection. It's there and always be there. I have come to the point in my life, that I truly need all my needs met for a relationship and definitely a marriage for me to be totally and truly happy. I can not keep giving all of me and only get 20 or 50% from the other. 100% of me and 50% of you. That is totally not fair. In my experience I keep hearing men say they want a good woman. But they always pick the chic that's always in their pocket or stresses them out. No ones perfect but I'm always being supportive, wanting to know there needs. I can not stay with someone just to have a companion or someone next to me. I do not want my time wasted or in return wastes someone else's time. But I truly agree with everything said. Great video. Love You Stephan. Keep the good vibes coming. Thank You.

Wow, what a great conversation and on so many on point gems or food for thought. Yes, genuine connection is something you have that is just there, and agree it is that deep level of love that you are just drawn to the person. Or rather you are drawn to their spirit. When you have defined your purpose and you are walking in your passion it is much easier to find love. The love finds you because it is not something you look for or seek after it just presents itself. Yes, love does give you that desire to keep trying and it is something you can not easily walk away from as it becomes easy to pour into genuine love. The truth about chemistry, love, and finding the perfect person is that it is within you and you just find a refection of yourself in another person. The best person you can love is you, and when you find yourself in another person, that's really the true connection.

Different dynamics: 1. I find someone attractive but they're not right for spiritually but can be cordial. 2. There is a connection with someone and overtime it may fade but the mutual interest is still there. 3. There wasnt a initial spark at first but over time they start to become more attractive and starts thinking about dating. 4. There was initial lust but shortly realizes this person isnt right. 5. Didn't find this person attractive at all but was lonely and wanted affection. 6. The person shows interest but the person being desired knows they're not right but takes up the offer on a relationship or hooking up. 7. 2 people are mutually interested and WANT to stay with each other so it lasts as long as they both show effort because we all know when the other is backing off. These are the different dynamics I've seen so only TIME will tell

WHAT LOVE IS AND IS NOT. Contrary to popular wordily beliefs Love does not make you do crazy things. It's arrogance and lust that make worldly people do crazy things! Not love. People need to understand the difference between the two. If someone truly loves another person they will never go out of their way to hurt them. *What True Love Is* #1. Love is (ALWAYS) patient, #2. Love is (ALWAYS) kind. #3. It DOES NOT envy (be jealousy) , #4. It DOES NOT boast, #5. It IS NOT proud (arrogant). #6. It DOES NOT dishonor (disrespect) others, #7. It IS NOT self-seeking (narcissistic), #8. It IS NOT easily angered, #9. It KEEPS NO RECORD of wrongs. #10. Love DOES NOT delight in evil BUT rejoices with the truth. *IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUSTS, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERES.* *LOVE NEVER FAILS.* 1 Corinthians 13 NIV New International Version

Sometimes when your not in a relationship. You can see, hear and understand better what"s wrong and right about a relationship. Our senses are numb with the truth sometimes when we're together with someone. That why I appreciate what you are doing sir. I've been single for almost 10 yrs and I'm 31. But there so much more to learn. I don't have to be in a relationship and make a mistake just to learn it. Just doing the right thing in the present about my circumstances and what I need to prioritize. I appreciate more my season of being single to prepare for marriage and family life.

If a man hasn't been to the dentist or doctor for YEARS, doesn't have a good diet or skips regular exercise. Drinks too much or smokes. That tells me he doesn't have self-love. And his lack of self-care will dictate how he values you or your relationship. It's not attractive to grow old with someone who will fall apart. You will end up being his caretaker.

This comment really has shook me. My soon to be ex-Husband has and had horrible dental presence. He breath never smelled, but his teeth were awful. They got worse and worse as time went on, but he was a gym rat and constantly talked about me being overweight. I never judged him for his teeth, but eventually it got to the point after all his criticism and talking about me losing weight, and my diet I started to only see his teeth. Sometimes I didn't want to look at him because his mouth was such a turn off after all the emotional abuse.

Thank you brother Stephan! There’s something quite refreshing when a godly man and servant is used as a conduit to share godly wisdom vs. stale, ‘smartness’ from a worldly grown boy! It’s just fact! The delivery is compassionate, genuine and heartfelt. I could literally hear Stephan’s heart. Being an empath, it is very detectable. Two flawed people entering a twosome-like pact without previously doing the individual required work of healing childhood / adult wounds, will undoubtedly come together for a time then fall apart, having confused attachment styles for ‘true’ love. Relationships evolve, thus, those within the relationship must also evolve, continually working on personal development as an individual and growth as a couple. As a Christ follower, it goes without saying, the two cannot be unequally yoked together. Trust me fellow Christ believer’s, it will not go well with you, more so for women than men. Save yourself the heartbreak. Besides, it is impossible to follow a parked car.

As I see it, Stephan provided balanced mentorship for them. Unfortunately our men today have had an overload of estrogen growing up - because of lack of solid male role models growing up, an overabundance of female teachers vs male ones and also via the excess plastics and the junk being passed off as food that disrupts hormones. Feminism and the rainbow agenda have contributed tremendously to the confusion; the former by emasculating men and masculinising women, and the latter by normalising debauchery. Overall, the healthy family unit has been destroyed and dysfunction has become the standard.

this was very interesting to watch, you are very wise. My take-home message is that success doesn’t equal purpose. When you have purpose, you don’t have time to entertain a lot of women but someone that aligns with your purpose. A man wants a woman that is supportive, positive and he must find her attractive.

love is giving yourself to each other and not being afraid to be venerable and knowing that person makes your heart shine. I cannot ever stop loving the man i fell in love with but he's always angry with me all the time it seems since I went through depression from family deaths. He was just beautiful until i went through this depression. now he's saying hes romantically in love with me but not in love with me like before. I have made a commitment that i will never leave and i made a promise to him. He says he could possibly fall back in love with me if i make positive changes. I've gotten help and am becoming self assured strong and working on my grief but he keeps looking backwards seeing only the past and he seems to get angry easily. I am at a loss as to what else i can do to help repair our relationship if he isn't meeting me half way.
