The neck brace is the most effective tool i have used to stop snoring. The reason i know i work is because I don’t feel tried while driving anymore which hae to happen to me alot. Now I’m awake all the time while i drive.

It's true. Snoring is caused by c1 c2 issues and if you start exercising your suboccipitals you can cure sleep apnea and adjust your sleeping jaw position. Opens up your sinus too

for some reason all the mouthpieces i see on amazon, are expensive and have poor reviews. i'm wondering if theyre a scam. made in china for pennies and marketed and sold for alot but really dont work very well most of the time.

I've tried everything. The appliances that pull your lower jaw forward do work, but you need to be aware that your bite changes. Your lower jaw will be moved forward permanently. Not as much as when you have the appliance in at night but it's still will be forward a little during the day. Unfortunately, as you can imagine it will mean you won't be speaking as smoothly and you occasionally will bite your tongue or inside of your mouth when you try to speak quickly, but as I said, the do work for snoring.

@@atifbhore7740 My jaw is my evidence and my dentist and his father both use the appliances agree. My dentist stopped using his and 2 years later his bite hadn't resorted to its original place. I never spoke to him about it later and don't see him any longer but if his jaw\bite didn't go back after 2 years, that says something. For me it's worth it, I can't sleep without it and can't stand the cpap. I just have to speak slower and be careful not to bite my tongue when eating.

If you see a doctor, they’ll most likely say you have some sort of sleeping problem, which they will use to their advantage to exploit money from you, even after your insurance pays their portion. And that’s just the first two doctor visits and a take home sleep study. So you’re never really sure if they’re 100% truthful and looking out for your best interests.

@WeatherManToBe : You'll hopefully be better at being a "weather man" than you are (or aren't) with health recommendations. You suggest, sincerely or jokingly, to tape the mouth shut, and if joking, then this should be clearly stated, while if you're sincere, then the kind of tape to use needs to be specified. After all, you surely aren't talking about Duct or Scotch tapes. I definitely wouldn't want to use either of those, but I don't have a snoring problem anyway, so ....
