As a sadist, I think it's more enjoyable to watch the left having to pretend to panic through another Trump term. I don't really see what "interesting things" could happen in either case, though. There aren't any more Afghanistans to withdraw from. There's just no Current Thing to look forward to, except maybe another financial crisis.
