Very, very true. Middle of the day can be incredible. Brutal heat, but incredible fishing. And yes, integrity is so important. Great juice!

I live near Lake Hamilton and i moved down here about 2 years ago. I'm just starting to get used to the heat. I appreciate you sharing information and it helps a noob like me. We'll be fishing Ouchita Wednesday before it warms up again.

Yeah we have those water temps here in the central part of the states but due to your guys climate the fishing is usually a head. I hope to make it down there and fish one day.

Good video, I think fish feed heavy at night during the summer and by early afternoon they're hungry again.

How do you decide when to stop throwing one bait and switch to another to find what they’re hitting? Asking for a friend. Lol

So this depends on the season and situation. If you are using FFS I tend to switch sooner then before. When I fished without FFS it would be 5-10 minutes depending on what I am fishing. Now one example is let’s say it is a brush pile / rock spot on a flat or ledge in the summer. I would throw a big crankbait for 3-5 cast. Then go with a worm / jig / Carolina rig for 10 minutes. Now with FFS I see how they react and that tells me what to do.
