She is clearly the source of his pain. She is a terrible wife and he needs to free himself from her.

Jada is the emotion manipulator. You could see for a brief second Will Smith was laughing at Chris Rock's joke initially, then we saw Jada made an unhappy face, camera cuts and off Will Smith goes to the stage.

Nothing about this is okay, or understandable. If his wife said jump of a cliff would he? He's responsible for his own actions and to do this infront of the world...he's fucked up end off, there isn't whos fault this is, its will's fault he chose to stay after the affair and is now being controlled so he doesnt lose her. @@twakka86 You're right, he's a fool who should have divorced her, but victims of spousal abuse rarely behave rationally. Plus if children are in the picture that makes things infinitely more difficult difficult the victim to think logically.

I hate how shes trying to sell her cheating as a positive healing experience. If you dont want your husband just say it i hate when people are fake nice.

I was bullied in school and can definitely remember how it was like to smile and pretend you never heard or were affected by others words. I kept my anger and sadness inside for a long time until it became to much, I started to hurt myself. I think I can understand his anger! No, violence is not ok, that is not what I want to say. I want to say that if you feel this angry or sad -ASK FOR HELP! Don’t let the anger destroy you!

It might. But I think it really depends on Chris Rock's response. Right now they are just putting his projects on hold to see what happens with the public perception.

I 100% agree with you. I’ve never watched the entire red table talk but from the clips that I *have* seen…wow. I can’t help but feel bad for Will. Wow, I have started noticing a lot of things like this, first with Hollywood, such as the aforementioned Disney filming Mulan in a concentration camp, to the Harvey Weinstein scandal, to the 1973 Oscars. Also, this is not the only time a celebrity has manipulated her spouse: Amber Heard accused Johnny Depp of something, and look how people view her now (especially when the topic involves Aquaman).

Will kinda did fool himself a lot and definitely embarrassed himself a lot for slapping Chris Rock cause how are u going to defend someone that’s cheats on you???

I hate celebrity gossip and shit like this is why. Stuff like this should be talked about privately in a calm and safe space where all sides can figure out what is best for everyone. Instead, a bunch of "he said, she said" gets out and what should be someone's private life gets told to the whole world and it just makes things worse for everyone involved. It's not right and I have that this is what society has come to

I really feel bad for will man, he was such a legend, he's still a legend in my eyes despite what he's done but the public thinks otherwise. Now I'm not trying to justify his slap, or the fact that he let his wife cheat on him, get away with it, tell it to the public, and then agree to talk about it on camera. I think he should've let her go when he first found out about the affair because that's just the point of no return imo, but I really do respect him for trying to work things out, he really understood how crucial keeping a marriage together is to the family, and I don't think enough people praise him for that because we live in a world where divorce is the first option in case of conflict when it should be the last.

I think they were the top 2 contenders for best animated feature and they have similar themes revolving around family. All the negative comments he’s been receiving have started when his family members began doing “strange” things on their own and making weird public statements. Of course the slap isn’t justifiable but it’s understandable in a context of someone who’s been trying to go along with his family’s “decisions” and publicity stunts. Any other person would’ve left a long time ago but he still believes in keeping his family unit together even at the expense of his own reputation. People are quick to forget the good things he did throughout his career from the strong motivational messages he has always been preaching and practising. To standing next to Muhammad Ali and defend the reputation of Islam as a religion in the early 2000s and defended a whole group of people he wasn’t even affiliated with but respected as he respected every other group. Also being involved in the America: A Tribute to Heroes charity telethon for victims of 9/11. To dedicating his time and money to helping suffering families and children in South Africa. To his support for 17 charity foundations and visiting so many places around the world from which he learned many things and shared them with all of his fans and followers since he shot to stardom. He’s only a human being trying to do his best and I believe in him for that! Great video as usual Eric and you explained this situation perfectly 👍

Well he's not really been conducting himself professionally. WB have given him two big franchises and he's just been getting into trouble a lot. The thing is I don't know what he's going through so I don't know if he deserves to be fired. But that being said if they DO decide to fire him down the line and phase him out, I wouldn't blame the studio for doing so.

I really don’t want Ezra Miller to get fired. Seriously, I hate it when they replace actors in an iconic role. Miller is amazing as Flash, especially after Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Also, if they do fire Miller, then less people will go to see the flash movie since they would feel like its a completely different character, not to mention that the new guy would make the directors do loads of reshoots, its a big movie. Anyways, less people will go to see the Flash, and logical or not, its simple psychology that everyone knows about. Besides, the whole Ezra Miller situation is all speculation, and i have been in situations in which i am accused of doing something when i actually did not, and i hate it when people do that, especially if charges as placed against me. So i think they should not fire him as the Flash.
