Those rules sound a bit too hard and excessive. We need to breathe because it's part of health, we have to blink because our eyes get irritated if we don't blink for too long, we need to move because it hurts our bodies if we can't move, we can't help it if we sneeze or cough because it makes us feel better, and there is no way anyone can write a 100 page essay in exactly one minute. Like if you agree that this is true.
