I heard he lives on West 63rd Street, AKA Sesame Street, which is located in New York City, New York. I also heard he made 2 segments related to that show. However, I still agree with you that he should've been voiced by a high-pitched GoAnimate voice like Ivy because it would be a perfect voice for him since I heard that he still has a falsetto voice. Anyways, who are that character's parents? Because I've never seen them appear on Sesame Street before and I heard they life on West 63rd Street, AKA Sesame Street, which is still located in New York City, New York because I heard that the rest of those characters from that show live there.
