New baby and new bike - moving along in life. That's awesome. I've enjoyed watching your experiences on the Street Scrambler. Can't wait to see you ride the 1200 in Morocco.

Great stuff. Keep up the good work, looking forward to all your mods. Pick up mine on the 31st. White too. Lush. Changed my mind since the launch party. Rode a demo (May have strayed off road a little)and said good bye to the Tiger 1050 sport but can't wait. Needs a decat straight away to release some more grunt.

@@KrisMOTO23 I loved it on test back to back with speed twin but this is just cool as fuck. I too wasn't sure on white but didn't want blue. Shit colour. My dealer may have a spare green xc tank for me as wanted a green bike. Fingers crossed. Take care man

i have a thruxton R and love it, i am looking at an XE but was gutted to realise that when i sat on it in the showroom i could only just reach the floor, i have raced motocross bikes in my early days and am aware that scramble bikes are generally higher , do you reckon i will be ok, only problem i can see is carrying a pillion? or will the height be lower with a pillion? i really love this bike.

I can only just reach the floor too I'm 5ft9 and I manage, youll get used to half sliding off the seat to get a foot down. I've only had 1 moment where I had a moment because the road surface cambered off slightly. Carry a pillions the bike sags quite alot you'll have no problem. They are brilliant bikes, go for it!

Do you just get used to the wind blast? I tested a street scrambler and had to hang on at 60/70 mph on the a64 and felt fooked afterwards! What are your thoughts on the tiger 800?

You do get used to the wind. Ive never had a bike with a screen so it doesn't bother me. But yeah at those sorts of speeds yiu can become a human parachute. I love tiger 800s the XCA is one of my favourites bikes 👍

143 pounds a month for 3 years makes 5,148 pounds... that can't be?!

I beleive the way pcp works is you are paying what the bikes future value is in 3 years. The finance company reckon it'll be about 6k which in reality it may be worth more it may be worth less. so you then have the option at the end of the term to pay off and keep the bike, simply hand it back, if you are in postivive euity you can then use that bike as a deposit on a new bike or take out a new finance on the remaining balance. What i would do is get a settlement figure from the company, sell the bike pay them off and repeat the whole process. Im no finance expert but thats sort of how it works.
