As someone with a mobility disability and chronic illness it was really great to see someone like me get a Trinny makeover. I could not do the kind of shoes other people can do nor could I run around a store and get an outfit in five minutes so this change of pace was lovely. Farida looked wonderful.

Not sure why, but this specific takeover episode was especially touching and heartwarming. Thank you Trinny and crew for being so understanding and respectful towards a Muslim woman’s modesty.

The way husband and wife talk about each other and see each other as their rock made me cry a bit. Not going to lie. Lovely. Well done Trinny

How lovely, her final look was gorgeous and always so refreshing to see someone wearing a hijab showing that you can be modest and stylish. Loved the make up too!

I love so much about Farida's story here, but I'd like to highlight the way in which you were able to show how modest dressing can be given a facelift. It can be modernized and still honor the code that a person has chosen to live by. Brava Trinny, to you and your team. This is a remarkable testament to your company's work and moto.

Oh gosh, I really did tear up both at the look on Farida's face when she saw herself, but also at the look on her husband's face when he saw her. Just gorgeous.

Trinny , thank you so much for helping Farida to shine… it is so uplifting and you and your fabulous team are so wonderfully empathetic… it is lovely and encouraging to see .

Great idea! I think it could work even for non hijabis too (how to pick scarves that coordinate with both the outfit & you) - after all, it's worn around your face so it needs to be in your best colours regardless 😀

Wow! The last photos of her in the velvet dress is absolutely amazing. She looks so beautiful and the makeup shot looks like an ad campaign. Stunning!

Only 3 minutes in and I love Farida. Guess I am just cutting onions at the end. She was beautiful anyway, but lovely to see her really smiling.

I found you in 2019 and I can genuinely say you changed my life! You're definitely my fashion icon! I'm a hijabi and this episode made me sob! You were so considerate and kind to her and so respectful 🥰 I once suggested on a Closet Confessions that you do an episode where you teach hijabis to choose the right colored hijabs for outfits. And this wad so helpful! Fareeda and her husband has such a beautiful bond ❤️ everything about this episode is so wholesome 🥰 thank you so much Trinny!

What a great episode! I loved every look. I have been longing for that sequin dress, but ruled it out because I thought it was too formal, but to wear it like Farida does here is inspiring. I just loved that you went straight for the sequins and showed her how beautiful she looked in a dress she loved. One thing, I can't find the silver scarf in Zara online Ireland! Another inspiring episode, Trinny your shows are giving back this menopausal lady the confidence to dress with joy and self celebration.

Wow, this was a fabulous makeover. Farida has a beautiful face, and when she smiles, she glows. The makeover was fabulous. I like that you kept her modesty by not showing her hair when she was getting it done.

Bawled my eyes out! What a truly gorgeous woman. Watching her find herself again and the joy it brought her was wonderful. And she looked incredible!

Really fabulous Trinny! Very well done! I’m an American revert to Islam who wears hijab. I rock the turban, shayla, hats, 1950’s silk Hollywood style scarf etc… it’s so cool to see you do this with this lady!!!! Bravo!

Woman is same in every culture, every religion, every society, wants to be recognized, wants to glow, wants to be pretty

When Farida said in the reveal she was meeting again someone she used to know…really struck a chord with me and likely many others after becoming lost, as part of the sandwich generation, with no time for myself, caring for young and old while also holding down a full time job. I hope I can say the same one day soon.

Farida seems like an absolutely wonderful woman. Her warmth radiates through her. What a pleasure to have witnessed this part of her journey! Thank you Trinny and team for sharing! ❤

Was a fan in the 90s then went she left the screen so did I 🤦🏾‍♀️🥲 But as if by magic she popped up on my KZread last month and I was hooked again babee! 😂 I’m like … did she ever leave?? That velvet dress at the reveal is beautiful on her. That warm, rich colour and texture suits her so well. Trinny and her team did such a great job and I appreciate the respect they showed for her religious rules, all the while still embracing a modern, fashionable style. Wearing a head covering doesn’t mean you have to look dowdy and bland.
