Cmon its just a standing position, it was an awkward moment yes for her to literally speed up but who cares if she literally runs from the back to the position she was supposed to be in. The way they write captions was as if it was such a big deal and wonyoung had 'beef' with gaeul for a freaking standing spot.... Even gaeul looked confused so she prob shouldn't be standing there either and wonyoung just walks up to her position in every group photo thats it. Take photography rules into consideration. Unbalanced photos from height don't look attractive to the eye. The company wants whatever looks best for the camera. Also the paparazzi and fans are always waiting for idols at airports. Its creepy but it's a big deal

Honestly, i want to see the other members in the middle too- I know starship have specific spots for them vut they don't have to follow that all the time 💀 gaeul's face says it all. She even hesitated even though she's older than Wonyoung

Centre position is mainly for concept photos, magazine shoots, group photos and red carpet and most importantly choreographies. It's not necessary to maintain positions in airports but they're probably told to stand in position everywhere.

The position of the group is only applied when they perform or a concept photoshoot, not in everyday life. I searched that Ryujin, Hyunjin, and Yoon are also the center of their group but they don't always get the center part when they do picture time in the airport. I don't think company will tell the member that in every photos Won Young should be the center because if it was tell then they should be automatically formed and give the center place to Won Young.

I really love Gaeul even though I am not a dive. I am just a causal Listener but my heart hurts for her. Whenever there is a group photoshoot, they always have Yujin and Wonyoung in the middle. I know it might be their company's arrangements but at this point it is pretty annoying cause Wonyoung and Yujin is already popular. They Should let others have their own moments too. If the company want to push Wonyoung so much then they should let her go solo.

They are lots of center or popular members of K-pop groups stand in the corner and give their position for others. They don't always stand in the middle. Just be honest Wonyoung here is being petty. I mean we can really see that it's not about company's arrangements. I am not a Wonyoung hater but I can't pretend that she doesn't always want all the attention for herself.

I have noticed that in award shows, WY always tends to get/hold the trophy. I mean I know you’re popular and center of everything but you could at least give your members credit for their work specially Yujin (who is the leader). During PD48 days, I feel like Yujin and Wy are both too full of themselves but when Ive debuted I have warmth up to Yujin. Maybe, because she is the leader; she became mature and tries to give her other members time to shine. I like Gaeul’s personality and she seems humble with their success. I tried liking Wy but I think she got the princess disease - just my opinion. Hope she can work on her attitude and share some spotlight with her members (won’t hurt her a bit).

i had the exact same thoughts! i didn't like yujin and wonyoung in izone at all, i felt it was unfair wy got no.1 when there were far more talented idols etc etc but when I've debuted i thought of liking them more because of their amazing debut song... Yujin definitely seemed more mature and somehow kinder but idk why i just couldn't see myself liking wy the same as the rest, she seems a bit full of herself at times.

Fr I tried following them at first but wy is really ruining the dynamics of the group. At first I thought it was bcoz yujin and wy were carrying the popularity and group name so the atmosphere was like that, but as the months go by, I can see yj try to make the group seem like a group if that makes sense, while wy just makes no effort for me and rather more focused on herself. Like if you are at that spotlight you usually give a chance to ur group. Like eunwoo or others who have insane visuals and got the spotlight, if they have their members with them u dont see them hogging the spotlight, and with that they dont seem petty. But its not like that with her, its like she's not even trying?

It's possible that the members themselves would not be comfy around wony behind cam because of starship's favouritism but I do believe they're close. although wonyoung and yujin doesn't have to be center always, groups really always go into positions everywhere, especially because they are rookies. yes even in airport pics. it is just so much easier. i don't really care about IVE so I don't know much about them but i've seen the groups i like who always go into positions whenever they can, even though they are not rookies anymore. All i could see in this video is gaeul looking at the side where wonyoung is because her and leeseo have kind of switched positions.

The thing is that She stands in the middle even when she is not in the group , Like when she was with Miyeon and Yuna , She again stood in the middle . these wony stans, oh my gosh. no one is hating on wonyoung here. of course, they have assigned positions but only for things such as photoshoots and choreography performances, not in everyday life. if the company decided that wonyoung would be the one who stands in the center then all the members would have stood according to their positions without hesitation and the way that gaeul looked at wonnie, tells it all.

I think Ive is mid but what makes me laugh about K-pop fans are fans like u? do u lack awareness this much, i don’t even really care for ive but it’s obvious most of these comments r hating on her calling her spoiled princess, snobby n obsessed with the center as if she has a choice like most of who she is rn is forced on by the company. It's doesn't matter where Gaeul and Wonyoung are standing. If you guys don't have any eye problem or If you guys aren't Blind than you can clearly see all of them. @@iris7879 I know that you didn't ask for my opinion lol, but the standout groups for me who have a real bond are BTS (backed up by several other celebs, including Jessi, who see them behind any cameras), Twice (also backed up by info from other celebs) and Seventeen. With rookie groups, it's Le Sserafim for me. Watching their content, you would think that they've been together as a group for years and years. Of course we don't know for sure because they're still new, but they definitely seem to have a more genuine relationship than many other rookie groups right now.

But in some video, Wonyoung seem to push members A LITTLE to stand at her position. Sometimes she rush to her position like she's afraid other members would stand at her position. If they already have fix standing position the other member would save a place for her, no need to rush, the place is already for her. Even if she comes a little bit late, if the center standing position is hers then she doesn't need to rush and sometimes look like she push other member a little that make her look obsessed to stand at the center position

Wonyoung is put on a pedestal and now feels entitled. She is getting so much praise and hype, how does a young woman even handle that? It’s like Jeon Somi said about her I.O.I days: i had the celebrity’s disease and thought everything was about me. I feel like Wonyoung is also like this. But she’s young and will mature out of that entitlement. The industry sounds hard to navigate for young people.

There’s always a wonyoung in every generation and it’s all 13-17 year olds hating on whoever that is, then they grow up out of their cyber bullying phase, and another wave of teens takes over. It’s an endless cycle and considering how many idols suffered mentally and how many killed themselves because of it, nothing will stop it, people won’t learn.
