Received my Ascent yesterday 3/14/2024 Raw Tobacco brown. Soaked it in warm water for 10 minutes put my cards in 2 in the front 5 in the back 3 bills. Works perfect.Here is a hint when you use the black pull tab to get the card out of the back just pull up the cards to the point that you can grab the cards and pull them up with your fingers and get to the card you want. This put less stress on the black strap. it is also easier to get your cards back in. My Element I carried 10 cards.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my element. well worth the $80 I paid for it. Iv'e been beating on it for years now and it takes it......soaked in sweat, wake boarding, mudding in Florida swamp bouncing down the road going 45 mph etc.

Just got the 3- wallets I ordered for Christmas.. totally awesome to have such high quality wallets that will last my son and grandson a lifetime. I had them engraved to make them extra special. I've owned one for almost 2 years now and its amazing! it broke in beautifully and has almost no wear and tear outside of the leather aging. Ordering a new one soon! by far my favorite wallet brand!

Amazing wallet!

Very good quality. I own the Element, Ascent and also the Contour. All great wallets. Actually just had my Element re-leathered under warranty cause mine is the Gen 1 version. I think I will purchase the Gen 2 soon in a different color. Keep making high end products!

It’s a amazing wallet!

I have this. Great wallet. Very well made. I get quite a few compliments. Very true about break in process. Give it time. I'd like to see this with a window on the back for ID card so you never have to pull out the ID.

I have the Element and the Ascent. I love them both equally! Quality is amazing and it is rare that you can buy something that gets better over time. I’m going to eventually move up to the Contour, but I’m just enjoying my time with these 2 for now. Keep up the good work!

I have a Travax belt, wallet and the beard comb!!!!! Love all 3!!!! Just received my Ascent about 20 minutes ago!!!! Think I'm really going to love it!!!! That being said, what I am most impressed with Trayvax is their customer service!!!! Haven't had to return anything yet, but..... I ordered my Ascent right in the middle of the covid 19 crap!!!!! They sent me a email informing me they were shutting down because of government orders!!!! I figured, oh well, I'll hear from them when it shiops!!!! To my surprise I got a email about once a week updating me and one said if I wanted I could cancel!!!! Pretty impressive and makes me want to do more business with a company like that!!!!! Thanks, guys!!!!!

@@justinbrewer6899 It can carry at least 3-4 with your ID. If you started with 2 cards and later change to one card, there's a good possibility that one card will fall out. (If you hold your wallet upside down.

@@justinbrewer6899 I put two front and two with pull tag. if you put one more it will fit, but it will stretch out. Oh and don't forget that extra cash slip area which take extra space too. I saw two and two with 2 paper bills will be ideal.

Had mine for over a year, and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made. Now I’m just waiting on my Link to match😬

just got the ascent i love it

This looks great. I have spent a good bit of time early this morning looking at video reviews of Trayvax wallets. I am ready to replace my Ridge wallet with something that doesn't require any regular maintenance. The screws in my Ridge work loose and get lost because I haven't gotten used to the fact that I need to check that occasionally. I have been carrying the Ridge for 2.5 years and have had to order replacement screws twice. I am gonna try this Ascent for a while and see how I like it. The Contour looked very appealing to me as well and I may have a look at that one in the future. I like a front pocket carry and the Contour seems like it may be a little thicker than I would like for that. None of the video reviewers I watch complained about that so it might not be an issue. Anyway... Cheers brother and thanks for waving the Made in the USA flag. That means a lot.

My girlfriend (now fiancé) got me this wallet for my 30th birthday. It’ll be a nice piece to pass down to our future son. 😁 Then again in ten years all currency will probably be digital and we won’t even be using wallets or cards 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have this wallet in black with raw steel metal. I love it!! I do like to carry cash often, so ,in the future, if you could make this with a money clip on the back instead of the cash slit......IT WOULD BE PERFECT!!!!

ive had the Ascent for 2yr. It has a nice weight to it, i use it as a bottle opener often and the slot to pull 2 cards up and down is awesome. Holds 3 cards up front snug, 2 in the slider. I added a rubber band for fast cash/card attachingz. I really like it, bc recently i bought a new regular front pocket leather card wallet. Felt like a lightweight shebang i was gonna lose one day, so I went right back to the ascent. Gonna go check out travax now see if theres a better wallet.

Nice Wallet that is top grain leather, not full grain. I have had mine for about 1 month now & am able to get 7 cards into it. My eventual goal is 8 cards, but will need additional breaking in to accomplish it. great wallet albeit a bit on the heavy side with it's stainless steel core.

I suggest Trayvax create (1) Multiple ring release clips so someone can have different attachments for keys, wallet, etc; and 2. 30+ inch retractable with optional versatile attachments (be it a clip, hook, or magnetic clasp) device that your products can attach to

@@TrayvaxEnterprises I would say a yr probably more but I noticed damage to my cards within like three months but I kept using the wallet because I like it that much. Maybe put something there so it can prevent this from happening but don’t change how the wallet looks because it’s amazing

I have a questions: will the wallet, over time become too stretched to retain cards, even if the number of cards doesn’t change? Or, if I were to get rid of a couple cards is there a way to make the leather shrink so cards don’t fall out?

The Ascent is a great wallet, also have the Contour and OG 2.0, I like carrying the Ascent just as much as the Contour, doesn't hold as many cards but I think it holds cash a little bit better and for around town it works great for me. The OG 2.0 is for the beach and the boat, like it a heck of a lot more than I thought I would and ended up ordering 2 more for my sons, love my Trayvax wallets.

Fantastic craftsmanship, pure american quality! I watched the review from @talon_sei back in late 2017 and I was hooked. That next day I tossed my old bifold in the trash shoved my cards in my pocket and ordered the Ascent wallet. What arrived was 10x what I expected! Now every time someone asks me what to get that special guy in their life....I point them straight to the Trayvax Ascent. When my time has come and gone my kid will reach in his pocket pull out my Trayvax Ascent and smile....knowing I carried that ascent everyday as far back as he can remember.

Just lost mine yesterday. Must have fell out of my chest bag while walking to my truck after work. Got home and noticed my bag wasn't snapped shut and my wallet was missing. Hopefully someone honest found it in the parking lot and will mail it to me. I canceled my credit and debit cards and can get a new driver's and fishing licenses, so I'm just out $10 cash and a nice ass wallet that I stamped my initials in. I'll give it two weeks just in case it shows up in the mail, If not I'll order a new one. Wallets in the future should come with GPS tracking lol

Update: It is a fresh breath of air to know that there are still good honest people out here. My wallet has made it back into my hands with everything intact, cash and all. I'm very thankful for whoever turned it into the Papa John's just a couple shops down from where I work. I just happened to stop in to see if perhaps someone found it and turned it in. Defiantly will not be putting it in that part of my bag again.

I have a contour and I want the element but I can’t get the canyon red with the black metal. Why?

Hesitated getting this wallet for following reasons which aren't addressed. Drivers License should be accessible first, easy, and in view. Police ask for it at night and when buying beer, and at airport. A seperate part should have been a no brainer when designing wallet. Do credit cards and the strip on back get scratched when sliding in and out against each other? The Ridge has this problem according to customers. These issues should be addressed or another wallet a Trayvax II with improved design for these issues.

But you're not shipping to Croatia. How come?!

I wonder: if you fill it to the max capacity with cards and let it break in (loosen up). Then, remove a couple of cards you don’t need to carry anymore. Does the wallet still hold the lesser amount of cards tightly?

Hi John! That's a great question! Leather can stretch over time, so we recommend carrying just the amount you need. The Ascent is designed to carry no more than 7 cards and we do not recommend exceeding that capacity as it will cause stretching and you can lose that tension that is needed to keep the cards inside. -Angela S.
