I keep hearing them speak English every so often.

Considering just how much trash metal was floating around the inside that box I would have replaced all the clutch pack seals as well as any other seal instead of lightly sanding them. Of course they could and most likely are, having the same supply issues that we are so maybe they couldn't be had in a reasonable time period.
