Well, even though we are watching, some of us might be really fit. Does not mean at all that if we comment on some youtuve video that we are overweight or not not healthy. But this type of training is asking for a big truoble. These movements put enormous pressure on your spine and back. It is meant to "look cool", but not natural at all. If you want to swing weights rather go for a Macebell or Gadā training with a proper technique

@@matthewzeller5026 There is a difference between being ripped or muscular and being fit and healthy. I've seen many yoga practicioners who are extremely fit and healthy yet they lack mucular mass. And many bodybuilders, heavy-lifters have a lot of health problems and injuries related to lifting. I have a long lasting injury from doing pushups while standing on hands. Also back problems related to training years and years ago. I know that you can be ripped as hell, but without the correct and balanced technique one day the body will say enough is enough.. No, you are right, usually people are not as fit as this guy, but after seeing this video I also believe that this guy has a higher chance of acheiving a long lasting injury than most of us.. This is not like going to gym and doing a bench press, its like holding a benchpress bar with some weights attached on one end with your arms extended in front... Ouuch 😬 Aestheticaly it looks amazing though...

@@icedpm In a battle, would you be able to consistently swing a 40+ pound sword over and over again over the span of hours? No. You know what kind of weapon you could with though? A mace. And you know what maces are good at punching at? Armor. Why carry a 40+ pound sword that is super unwieldy to use especially in armor, when you can swing a much smaller 10+ mace with much more strength.
